Everything is very clean and tidy, the location is excellent, close to all of 70, the host responds almost immediately. I recommend it.

Beautiful house and the best service! The house is located in a beautiful area of Laureles. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The terrace was one of our favorite places, perfect for relaxing. Would definitely recommend!

We recommend this apartment for the central location to restaurants, public transportation and comfort. No safety issues- the apartment and building entrance are properly secured.

Great place, felt just like home. Spacious, clean, homely, had everything I needed. The neighbourhood is quiet and pretty, felt very safe walking around. Gabriel was always helpful when needed. Highly recommend it.

Had a great stay overall! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The host was responsive and check-in was super easy. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet at night. One small note: the unit wasn’t as high up as I expected based on the photos, and it wasn’t mentioned in the listing. That said, it didn’t take away from the experience. Would definitely stay here again!

I don’t think we could’ve chosen a better place to stay, it was confortable, cozy, the bathrooms were a very nice size, plenty of closet space too.

I really loved staying at Lina's place! The building was in a very nice and walkable area, relatively quiet despite being right in front of a big road. You can get to a lot of places by foot. The wifi is fast and reliable, and the hosts are always responsive. The kitchen is clean and complete - perfect for long-term stays. All in all, I would highly recommend Lina's place to travelers both long and short-term. ☺️

I was initially hesitant to book this Airbnb due to the lack of reviews, but I’m so glad I trusted my instincts, this place exceeded all expectations! The views are absolutely stunning, the building feels incredibly secure, and everything inside is brand new and spotless. The location couldn’t be better, convenient, vibrant, and safe. Charles and his team were amazing! Super responsive and any questions we had they were quick to answer. The view was beautiful and the hot tub on the balcony was a nice touch. The building felt very safe and the staff were really nice. We enjoyed the gym and the restaurant on site. Overall we had a great time and would definitely recommend for anyone to stay!

The stay was better than expected. They were very responsive. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We loved the jacuzzi. For a very small fee, they drained, cleaned, and put fresh water in the jacuzzi every day. Of course, when I arrived the jacuzzi was clean and ready. The jacuzzi has an excellent filtration system but it was nice to have it fresh and clean every day as well. There’s a big television and fire pit next to the jacuzzi. The beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of room. I had a wonderful stay. The building is very secure, they have a facial recognition system that is very impressive.

Excellent accommodation: clean, beautiful aesthetic, perfect location. Kind staff. I will return.
