Super appartement, original, super terrasse avec des magnifiques arbres et une tranquillité totale !

Private Lage direkt am See mit schöner Aussicht - top. Sehr kleines Badezimmer. Rasen war ziemlich verwildert. Es war aber alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

We have a perfect Holiday in clemence’s house!! We really felt at home, cozy and comfortable. The kids loved the place, there’s a lot of toys and activities for them don’t be bored 😂 I would say it was much more than I was expecting!

Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus und das riesige Grundstück übertreffen die Beschreibung und die Fotos. Alles ist vorhanden, alles funktioniert. Der Ort ist idyllisch und ruhig mit wunderschönem Blick und einem angenehmen Aussenbereich, Tisch und Stühle im Schatten eines Baumes, perfekt für heisse Tage. Das Zuhause ist ideal für Leute wie uns, die mit einem grossen Hund reisen, denn das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und bietet Auslauf und schattige Ruheplätze. In ein paar Minuten ist man am See, wo es ausgedehnte Strandspazierwege gibt. Wer mag, kann zu Fuss ins Zentrum von Lausanne gehen. Unsere Gastgeber waren für jede Frage sofort erreichbar, hilfreich und herzlich. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Un vrai havre de paix ! Aucun voisinage direct, ce qui garantit une tranquillité totale. Le logement est impeccablement propre, bien équipé, avec une place de stationnement très pratique. On profite des commodités tout en ayant la sensation d’être loin de tout : un vrai dépaysement, à deux pas de la ville. Le cadre offre à la fois une sensation d’être en montagne ou en pleine campagne. De belles possibilités de randonnées à proximité. Un lieu idéal pour se reposer et se reconnecter.

Evin bahçe alanı çok güzeldi, maalesef kısıtlı zamanımız olduğu için zaman geçiremedik. Evin içi anlatıldığı gibiydi, bir sorun yaşamadık. Serinlemek istediğimizde vantilatör olması iyiydi. Gece evin sıcaklığı idealdi.

Victoria est très réactive et cherche des solutions aux questions. Notamment elle a fait l’achat d’une chaise haute pour bébé avant notre venue. A savoir à présent il y en a donc une. De même elle a pu nous dépanner sur un siege auto. Par contre pas de lit bébé, le nôtre a dormi sur un matelas au sol. Le gros avantage de la maison est ses 4 chambres, dont à noter 3 chambres lit simple (chambres enfant). L’un des lits est assez basique (2 matelas l’un sur l’autre). La région est exceptionnelle de par le lac et le Lavaux, voire Lausanne et Montreux. En revanche la maison est assez excentrée, au dessus de l’autoroute, à 635m d’altitude. La proximité de l’autoroute d’ailleurs s’entend. Il y a un bus 47 de l’autre côté de l’autoroute, très facile d’accès à pied via un passage souterrain. Les abords vers le nord (vers le haut) permettent quelques promenades intéressantes.

Jocelyn and Jan’s home has a gorgeous view of Lac Leman, and the hosts are kind and responsive. The house is very clean and had everything we need for a comfortable stay. The home location is very convenient, with multiple supermarkets and pharmacy just a few minutes drive away.

Alles war wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation war nett und zielorientiert. Check in verlief problemlos und wir konnten sogar in der Nähe des AirBnBs parken. Alles war wie auf den Fotos, man hat in der Umgebung einen tollen Blick auf den See und die Stadt.

Le logement est vraiment bien situé, près des transports en commun et des services. Nous avons été bien accueillis et nous avons toujours reçu des réponses rapidement à nos questions. Nous recommandons cet emplacement. Merci beaucoup!

La casa è veramente bella sicuramente opera di un bravo architetto per le cura e definizione dei dettagli e dei particolari. Living molto ampio con doppio salotto, cucina spaziosa a vista completa di tutto e luminosa completa il piano soggiorno un bagno ospiti e un bellissimo terrazzo vista lago. Al piano di sopra 2 camere matrimoniali con ampi armadi due bagni molto ben rifiniti e una camera singola Dalle camere con terrazzino vista lago. Milan é stato presente sempre gentile e premuroso.

Great stay at Zabou’s place ! I have never been to a place with so detailed description for the stay. Zabou is very responsive and helpful if you’d like to find a good place to eat or chill. Very nice, I’d definitely recommend

Tout c'est bien passé chez Claudia. Le logement est très propre et accuellient . Parfait pour deux personnes. Tout était fidèle à la description. Le jardin privé devant l'entrée un sur plus comme la vue sur le lac et les montagnes. Claudia était toujour disponible et à l'ecoute. Je le conseil à 100% même pour un séjour plus long.

Wir waren für eine Nach als Zwischenstopp für einen Fahrrad-Trip in der Unterkunft. Es hat alles gut funktioniert und war wie beschrieben. Gerne wieder.

Close to La Conversion station, can do car or trains which run every 30 minutes into Lausanne. Takes about 7 mins on train. Apartment has most things you need for a comfortable stay, beds are great, comfortable stay. Helene was a very good host. Small things to note, no Netflix or YouTube or prime, No drier or microwave Apart from that you have everything

Frederique was very friendly and helpful! Her instructions were good and her place was very clean. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 to enjoy, with lots of seating inside, as well as outside. The beautiful backyard was peaceful and the area was quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

My favorite stay in all of Lavaux, with the best hosts - a travelers dream! I can’t wait to return!

Casa di Claudio è stata il posto ideale per me e la mia amica che volevamo fare le turiste in centro nei giorni liberi, ma avevamo allo stesso tempo bisogno di arrivare velocemente all'università. La casa si trova davanti alla fermata del pullman (che porta in centro in 2 minuti), a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, e a 10 minuti dalla metro. Insomma perfetta per le nostre esigenze! È una casa antica, ma perfettamente ammodernata con tutte le comodità. Claudio è un host gentilissimo, super disponibile, è stato in contatto con noi durante tutta la permanenza, dandoci sempre ottimi consigli. E la ciliegina su questa bellissima torta è il meraviglioso panorama che si vede dal balcone del soggiorno: lago e montagne in lontananza ci hanno tenuto compagnia tutte le sere!

Nous avons passés un superbe séjour dans l'appartement de Viviane. Il est très confortable, la terrasse est très agréable. Des petites attentions nous attendaient à notre arrivée.

We stayed three nights at Coralies place and had a really good time at lake Geneva. Amazing view from the flat on the lake! The flat was perfect for families. Both of our kids had a bed there as well as toys. Thank you for having us.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Michel's. It's close to the university and good connections to the city by bus or metro. The home was clean and pretty. I loved my morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening on the terrace. The terrace has modern equipped shades and covers even when it rains. It has a pretty view of the mountains and a sliver of the lake even in the lush of summer. Thank you!
