Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lausanne

We stayed a month and felt right at home. The view is fantastic; bring your binoculars. Apartment is bright and spacious. There was never a wait for the elevator. Washer/dryer was easy to use. Kitchen had almost everything we needed (except a microwave). We used the AC one night, and it kept things cool (nice to know if you stay in warmer months). Lutry is a charming town with friendly store owners. The host will show you a “secret door” in the garage that makes it easy to get to the street below, where you can catch a bus to Lausanne or walk into town. In addition to Old Town Lutry, we also enjoyed walks in the other direction along the waterfront to Pully. We found the parking space easy to use. You’ll have a great stay here - we did and were sad to leave.

We had a great stay at Julie's place, who gave us a great welcome. The place is decorated with taste. The apartment is very functional. Restaurants and activities are nearby, the lake is right next door!!! Evian is a very pleasant city, just a stone's throw from Switzerland. Everything was perfect! We recommend it!

Dear Nils and Micha We enjoyed the overnight stay in your lovingly furnished apartment with the generous offers (flexible arrival, very quick and warm communication, great cosmetic products in the apartment, coffee capsules/basic equipment, etc.). Gestures, such as welcome notes in the key box, warm and prompt communication, etc., made us feel very welcome. The directions with photos of the parking spot were very helpful. This was by far the most satisfying accommodation during our trip to Switzerland. The apartment is beautifully designed, reflecting the host’s elegant and refined taste throughout. Everything was perfectly arranged and well equipped, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The location was excellent, and the spacious balcony offered a stunning view of the lake. Staying here made the end of our journey truly special.

A great accommodation with a view of the vast Lake Leman. The interior was modern and tidy, and the spacious interior gave our family a great experience. The whole family had a happy trip here. The host's kindness was beyond measure. I definitely want to visit again next time.😆

Our highlight was the view from the terrace. We enjoyed sitting there for a long time in the evening and looking at the lake and the lights. Everything else was great and we didn't miss anything. The location was also very practical as a starting point for a bike tour. We can only recommend this place!

We stayed in a spacious accommodation spread across four floors, featuring one bedroom on the ground floor and another on the second floor. The property is conveniently located just a 1-minute walk from a small train station, making it relatively easy to reach—especially if you're arriving via a larger hub like Montreux. However, it's important to note that while the location is scenic and peaceful, the nearby train station is very small and there are no shops in the immediate vicinity. We arrived late and hadn't realized that basic shopping (e.g., milk, butter, kitchen roll, hand towels for the kitchen) needed to be done in advance or in a larger town. Future guests may want to plan ahead and stock up on essentials before arriving. That said, the mountain views and tranquil setting

Maria and Jean-Marc are very welcoming and very open hosts without being stingy with practical information. The accommodation matches the description of the listing exactly and is very functional. Found a beautiful, quiet and comfortable house at Lake Leeman, on the border of France and Switzerland, with a warm and responsive host, a great stay, worth every traveler who loves the view!

Sandrine is a great host. Her apartment is very well equipped and perfect for anybody searching a comfortable accomodation close to the town center. i was there to surf in Alaia Bay and her apartment was just logistically perfectly located: only 5 mins drive and you'll be at the surf park. We absolutely loved this property. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet in the evenings but steps away from dining, bars and other activities. The area is very walkable. The restaurants and shops in the area are very friendly- we felt like part of the neighborhood when we left. We made many friends. Everything matched the description perfectly and the AC was cool and comfortable the one really warm day. We loved having a refrigerator and kitchen to reheat leftovers from the amazing nearby restaurants. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning. The location, the team and the accommodations were perfection.

Thierry’s place was amazing! Everything was very well prepared and Thierry was very quick to respond to any questions that came up. We had a little trouble finding the place and Thierry came and met us and showed us where to go. Thierry was a fantastic host! The view from the house is so beautiful! Pictures don’t quite capture it. Kitchen was well equipped and showers had great water pressure. The place does not have A/C (which we were aware of) but even with the fans it was still quite warm due to the hot summer temperatures we had during our stay. This is not a complaint, just something to be aware of. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality Thierry!

Beautiful home in a beautiful place. I highly recommend going there with the intent to stay there. Going up and down the mountain to explore is exhausting
