Very nice view, in the countryside, at an altitude of more than 1000 m above the village of Laussonne, 14 min from Les Estables and 20 min from Le Puy en Velay. House of 80 m2, not semi-detached and not overlooked, good 4G connection, good insulation and therefore guaranteed coolness in summer. Quiet location, very few passing cars. Beautiful walks from the house.
