Holiday rentals with beach access in Lauttasaari

We loved our stay here. Very spacious in quiet area near forest and sea. Local shops very convenient - the K market is very well stocked. The public transport is excellent - regular buses very nearby. We felt happy, and relaxed, both in the accommodation and out and about. Will definitely be returning!

This is a great place to stay. We came to Helsinki for five weeks for a good 'cultural immersion' experience and we could not have picked a better place. The apartment is located on Lauttasaari Island and it is quite close to downtown and the Kamppi Shopping Center & Bus Station and the Central Train Station. There's a beach and woods quite close as well as a cute coffee shop and grill called Paseo's. Bus 21 serves Lauttasaari Island and the busses seem to come by every ten minutes. There's a Metro Station close by as well and it is easily accessed via bus 21. There are three markets about 600 m away and all are good. A brewery and a small bar are close by as well as two or three small restaurants (in addition to Paseo's). It is a great place. Quiet, well cared for and in a wonderful location. We highly recommend it. And Juho was a pleasure to deal with.

Tilava ja kodikas asunto rauhallisella asuinalueella. Sisäänkirjautuminen onnistui joustavasti hieman etukäteen sovittuna aikana ja myös uloskirjautumisen kanssa oli joustavuutta. Asunto oli todella siisti ja varustelu oli erinomainen. Iso televisio olohuoneessa ja pieni televisio makuuhuoneessa. Ruoanlaittovälineitä ja astioita löytyi monipuolisesti, tarvittaessa olisi ollut mahdollisuus myös pyykinpesukoneen käyttöön. Raitiovaunu menee aivan asunnon vierestä, joten kulkuyhteydet keskustan suuntaankin ovat hyvät. Valtteri oli erittäin ystävällinen; nopea mutta kattava esittely asuntoon saapuessa ja hän vastasi viesteihin nopeasti. Suosittelen kohdetta ja vierailen varmasti uudestaankin, jos se vain on vapaana tarvittavana ajankohtana. :)

We had a wonderful stay in Helsinki and this place is very spacious and beautiful. The sauna was a great perk, very relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. There is a grocery store across the street, and it is very close to all public transportation. We loved it and would come back whenever we are in Helsinki.

mervi was a very good host. she waited for us to check in. showed us everything we need to know about her apartmnt. the place was very quiet and a bit retro. we loved the seroundings. near to mall and parks. highly recommended

Great place! Felt very much at home and enjoyed the privacy of the apartment (and of course the sauna). Sini was very responsive and friendly! Were pleasantly surprised by a V60 (coffee filter) being in the apartment. Thanks and see you soon!

Fijn appartement om te verblijven en van waaruit heel Helsinki onder handbereik is. De highlights lopend, met tram of fiets. Wat verder weg is alles heel goed te doen met de Helsinki fiets en natuurlijk het niet genoeg te prijzen OV van Helsinki (trams direct om de hoek, bus in de straat zelf, metro en trein op loopafstand). Veel testaurants direct in de buurt, de supermarkt direct beneden. De buitenruimte is fijn om te zitten, zon is er in de vroegere ochtend.

Paní Noru a její ubytování můžu jedině doporučit! krásné místo, úžasný domeček, kouzelné prostředí! Bylo mi ctí, že jsem mohla být ubytovaná zde!

Heel fijn huis dichtbij de stad maar ver genoeg weg van de stadsdrukte. Alles zoals beschreven. Ook was duidelijk beschreven en zichtbaar dat je goed op je hoofd of voeten moest letten ivm drempels of lagerhangende plafonds. De wenteltrap is wennen maar als je hem gewoon normaal en rustig op/af gaat is er niks aan de hand. De bushalte naast het huis was perfect om naar het centrum te gaan. Kortom top locatie die voelde als een thuis.

The place is great and around is beatifyl. The bed on the girst floor needs to be renew quite old. For one night is realy good and for family who wants stay longer its the great place to stay, bc its have everything you want for living.

Modern style home in a beautiful and peaceful location. Great design elements including furniture and floor to ceiling windows. We loved relaxing with the tranquil views and enjoyed time on the lovely covered deck area. It was wonderful to eat outside even when occasionally drizzling and not worry about getting wet. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. We were able to buy all of the food we needed at the tiny market a couple of blocks from the home.

Viihtyisä huoneisto luonnon rauhassa, kauniissa pihapiirissä. Asunto erittäin siisti ja majoittajat todella ystävällisiä. Tässä kohteessa viihtyy pidempäänkin. Voin lämpimästi suositella!

Beautiful home with a comfortable and clean welcome. Everything was spotless and a lovely place to spend time. Felt very private and special despite being amongst other houses, very close walk to a small peaceful beach. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

We had a wonderful stay! We were 2 friends so there was a big bed and a smaller bed which worked well. The kitchen and living area had everything needed. A lovely touch to have coffee provided. All the decor was wonderful ! Bathroom had things to use too. It was really comfortable. The location was perfect for us as we love walking and running. It was super close to the tram for those who aren’t walkers. There was a 24hr store really close by for getting other essentials or if you wanted to cook. The host was so great at communicating and giving ideas on what to do and where to eat. We have loved Helsinki and the whole area !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Teukka. L'appartement est décoré avec goût, fonctionnel, très lumineux et dans un beau quartier (et calme) d'Helsinki, facile d'accès à pieds et en tramway. Nous avons été très bien accueillies par Teukka. La communication a toujours été facile et agréable. Nous recommandons l'appartement de Teukka les yeux fermés.

We had a wonderful stay at Anssi's apartment. It was very clean and well equipped and we enjoyed using the sauna. Anssi was very helpful with our questions before we arrived and even helped me by checking the apartment when I thought I had left a jumper behind after we left. It turned out that I hadn't left it behind anyway.

Greatly located and nicely equipped apartment. I really liked the option to access the unit with link and code (provided by owner) to open the door. Saved me one day when I forget the keys. Comfortable bed in the bedroom. I was particularly impressed with the responsiveness of the owner, who was always quick to reply to any questions or concerns I had. As a delightful bonus, the owner left great coffee for guests to enjoy, which truly added a special touch to the stay. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay. A++++

Eine stilvolle Altbauwohnung in zentraler Lage und trotzdem ruhig. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Vor der Haustür gibt es Läden, Restaurants, Bars, eine Bus-/Straßenbahnhaltestelle und eine Leihstation für die gelben Helsinki-Fahrräder. Alles sehr praktisch!

Highly recommend this place - great location, very clean with all the facilities you need, quiet, good value, responsive host. 5 stars. Small detail to consider is that the shower set-up is a bit different to what you might be used to (the bath tub has two levels to it, which seems to encourage sitting down, which means it is a bit awkward if you want to stand up and are tall) - however this was a minor inconvenience that I thought worth noting, if the visitor is particularly tall - I am 6ft and found it fine.
