Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Laval

We stayed at Julie’s place for two nights. The location was really good and there were always free parking spot available. The house has a warm retro design with spacious room. I enjoyed my stay!

The space was great for my weeklong stay. The kitchenette was well stocked with utensils, dishes, appliances and cookware. The bed and couch are both very comfortable, the entire suite was very clean. There is some sound coming in from above and the apartment next door, but that's to be expected when you share walls. The host was very friendly and welcoming. I would stay again.

Wife and I had an excellent 4 night stay at Rejean's place on Ateketan St. Great location and Rejean provided recommendations for local dining and general information pertinent to our stay. Rejean was kind enough to book us transport when we departed even offering to assist us with our luggage. Wouldn't hesitate to book this property again if we return to Montreal.

Everything was great. Good communication with the hosts and everything was as described. Street is a little crowded for me but that's a personnal matter. Would rent again.

Great place very close to the Atwater metro station. Wonderful kitchen with all the cooking utensils needed (we cooked a lot). Four bedrooms which served our family of five perfectly. Very quiet with just the occasional noise from upstairs. The bathrooms were great and served our family of five well. The area felt safe although walking past the park near the Atwater metro is a bit sketchy...especially at night. There are two air conditioning units, one in the back bedroom and one in the kitchen. When we arrived it was cool and wet so we didn't need them. During our stay it got hot (90 F) and we needed to run both air conditioners. Since three of the bedrooms don't have their own units we had to leave the doors open at night to allow the air to circulate. No problem for our family group but if you are traveling with friends you wouldn't have much privacy. During cold weather, no problem (heated floors!).

The house condition matched the description. It was farther from Old Montreal than expected. The rules were clear, and the property was well-kept. The host addressed concerns and provided guidance on rule adherence.

The accommodation was agreed to the description, the area was very comfortable and close to the metro and bus stop, Edward was always very friendly and attended quickly and kindly a small inconvenience that was presented, I would definitely stay here again.

A really good stay ! We spent a week and more in the house and fully enjoyed it. No problem in finding the house, the neighborhood was quiet calm for our stay and we fully enjoyed montreal as we had the bus and subway not far from the house. Alex was also really helpful leaving us clear instructions and was available at any time to respond to any question that we had. I highly recommend it !
