Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Lavallette

This little oasis is PRISTINE! It was beautifully decorated and so very comfortable. The location is walking distance to the boardwalk but also removed enough from the riff raff. I felt safe as a single woman and slept amazing. Everything you could need in inside the house and my favorite part of the home was the enclosed porch. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Would love to come again. :)

Great place to stay. Super clean, close to the state park and restaurants. Perfect little getaway for our family of 3. The area that the house is in is also very nice. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the sunset.

Alejandro’s place was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The house was roomy and comfortable and the yard was key with pool, fire pit and mini golf. We would stay again!

We needed a quiet house at the Jersey Shore for one night in September and were happy to find this home in a nice family -friendly area. Beautiful beach right up the street. Owner was very responsive. We would stay again.

My family and I had an exceptional time. We really appreciated all the extra effort our host made, making the stay absolutely perfect! The place was immaculate and anything we needed was there. We definitely want to book again next summer and already began looking at dates. What an amazing find!

The place was really well kept with clean kitchen, bathroom and entire space. It felt like being at home away from home, would definitely recommend to all to visit with family and friends.

More comfortable and better deal than a hotel. the apartment is beautifully decorated, but very comfortable and uncluttered. Anne was responsive and gave us helpful info on parking. we had not problems getting in and the apartment is lovely and walking distance to boardwalk/beach and restaurants and bars.

Kishore was amazing. It was a very last minute booking. Everything exceeded expectations. Truly a find at the Ortley Beach. Would definitely stay again. I truly appreciated the rapid response time to my questions.

Madeline’s place was perfect for our stay… we were able to leave our car keys behind and take short walks where ever we needed to go. I especially loved it this time of year because it wasn’t so crowded! This stay was exactly what we were looking for and we will definitely consider staying here again when we come back to Seaside! Cynthia was the loveliest host and was incredibly communicative from before we arrived to the very end. She answered all our questions quickly and gave some great recommendations. It’s a great location and easy to get everywhere. Only things to mention is metered street parking near that area so may need to park elsewhere, and the stairs to get up to the apartment are a little steep, but Cynthia was helpful explaining both of these and we had a perfect time.

This was the best vacation I’ve had with my husband in a long time, Penko was so kind and responsive. My husband and I enjoyed our morning walks down to the boardwalk, the space was clean and perfect for us. I would stay here again. I am thankful to Penko as he was always available and lovely to chat with. 10/10. Thank you Penko for giving my husband and I a week of peace and memories !

This place was just perfect for us! Very well stocked all around…kitchen, bathroom, games, beach chairs. They had it all! Beautiful sunsets out the front over the bay and we could even see the sunrise come up from our bedroom! Easy and flexible check in, great communication, yummy homemade muffins upon arrival. Hope to stay again!

I can’t rave enough about this place . Super clean ans so conviently located near everything, yet quiet and private at the same time. The parking spot was a great perk too and Dawn couldn’t have been more accomodating and reaponsive. We will definately be back!

Our stay was fantastic! Megan and Todd’s place had all the amenities we could possibly need, and we also LOVED the patio and close proximity to the beach. Megan and Todd were responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Ty!

Great location next to the Park entrance, exceptionally clean, great interior design, welcome treats, nice balcony to relax, covered safe parking, shed with folding chairs and other stuff for children, great communication, positive and welcoming attitude.

This was the best air bnb I’ve ever stayed at! It was close to everything and had great restaurants around it as well as walking distance to the beach. The condo was clean and super cute! We had an issue with the bathroom light late our first night and Jonathan was there first thing in the morning with a solution! This was a great stay and I would 1000% recommend booking to stay here!

Place was impeccably clean, and just a block from the ocean. So just about perfect. Looked just like the photos. Beds were very comfortable. We had small issue with WiFi after checking in, and a little trouble getting response from John, but all was resolved early the next morning. All-in-all, it was a great stay and we will plan to stay there again if we are in the area. I highly recommend.

The space looked exactly like the pictures. We didn't encounter any difficulties; everything ran super smoothly. The house is super clean, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. Check-in and check-out processes were easy, and everything we needed during the stay was provided to us. We would recommend staying here!
