Ground floor apartment

43m² cottage on the ground floor of a characterful house, located in a mountain hamlet in the heart of Cantal, 5km from the Lioran resort, 8km from the medieval city of Murat and 20km from the Grand Site du Puy Mary. Ideal for hikers, the cottage is on the GR400 (Tour des Monts du Cantal) and on Via Arverna (Chemin de Compostela). There is another gite with independent entrance upstairs. The hamlet is on the side of the mountain, the cottage is semi-buried and has a glass door and 2 small windows.

Dans Murat même, une jolie petite cité de caractère (2mn à pied) Gare à proximité. Favorablement situé près des monts du Cantal (Le plomb,Puy Mary,départ GR) à 10 mn en voiture de la station de ski du Lioran,desservi par navettes, bus, trains. Pour les amoureux de la nature. Ski,vélo,randonnées au rendez vous.
