Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Favorablement situé près des monts du Cantal (Le plomb,Puy Mary,départ GR) à 10 mn en voiture de la station de ski du Lioran,desservi par navettes, bus, trains. Pour les amoureux de la nature. Gîte de 54 m² à l'étage d'une maison de caractère, située dans un hameau de montagne au cœur des Monts du Cantal, à 5 km de la station du Lioran, 8 km de la cité médiévale de Murat et 20 km du Grand Site du Puy Mary. Idéal pour les randonneurs, le gîte se situe sur le GR400 (Tour des Monts du Cantal) et sur la Via Arverna (chemin de Compostelle). Un autre gîte avec entrée indépendante se situe au rez-de-chaussée. Couchages : 1 lit (140) + 2 lits (90) + 1 canapé-lit (140).

Nice studio in Lioran of 20 m2 fully equipped with private parking + ski room, close to all amenities. Sleeps 2 (to 3) people max in a privileged setting. Accommodation on the ground floor of a charming renovated residence (living room, a double bed 140, kitchenette, shower room). Linens not provided Upon departure, please clean, empty the garbage and put away the dishes. I do not apply any cleaning fee unless necessary: €50 extra if the studio is not returned clean

Oscar and Petrus at Lioran

On the top floor of the Tour de la Sumene overlooking the resort, you will find this 35 m² apartment, with a closed sleeping area and a mezzanine with 2 beds for children. The location allows access to the slopes via the walkway without waiting hours for the elevator in the morning and evening. It is fully equipped with the ski locker located indoors. For the summer it is ideal when you come back from a day of hiking or cycling. All shops are at the foot of the tower.

Private chalet in the heart of the resort

Individual chalet with a capacity of 10/12 people will allow you to spend friendly moments with family or friends. The accommodation is close to the Rocher du Cerf blue trail, GR400 hiking trails leading to the peaks of the Cantalian volcano. It offers 3 bedrooms and a dormitory under the roof. During the beautiful days you can enjoy the sun thanks to the terrace located on the side of the cottage, to eat outside or simply contemplate the mountains.

If you are looking for calm, this is the ideal house at the foot of Puy Mary in the place called Louradou. at the start of various hikes, GR400, mountain biking, TRAIL, cross country skiing, snowshoeing. 15 km from Lioran ski resort (if road is clear). 15 minutes from the Jordanne Gorges, Lake Graves Grocery store, bakery, restaurant 1.5 km from the house. Aurillac 25 km away weekend or other rental, except July and August by the week.

Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station. Area of 110 m2 with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms (one of which opens onto the mezzanine) with double beds. Terrace, garage, 3500 m2 lot.
