Very nice environment overlooking the Cantal mountains, not directly from the cottage but a few minutes walk. Peaceful village in the countryside, more flies than people! Functional house, old so very cool, ideal for summer. Responsive and welcoming host.

Very good for groups. Plenty of bathrooms. The living room is large for both eating and relaxing. there is a grocery store right across the street from the property, which is very convenient. No problem parking (we were with three cars). Finally ideal location for the many hikes in the area.

As hikers we really enjoyed this place, and Annie was able to inform us about all the places to see and explore. It makes you want to come back again.

We had a wonderful stay in Moussages, in a beautiful building full of charm. When we arrived, Léa welcomed us warmly and showed us around the house, providing us with all the necessary explanations. The house is very well equipped and offers great comfort, with a breathtaking view of the castle of Auzer as a bonus. We took the opportunity to visit the surroundings, including the village of Salers and the Salins waterfall, two places full of charm. Despite the sometimes gloomy weather, the pool largely contributed to making our stay pleasant and relaxing. A very beautiful break in an exceptional setting! Very nice hosts gives good address and very responsive, warm welcome. Small apartment very nice and largely enough for two, the kitchen is very functional and well-equipped, the host provides different elements in order to cook it's cool, bathroom and toilet very clean. Spacious room with plenty of comfortable bed storage, nice and quiet place, little street passage, small village quite functional with bakery restaurant, post office, distributor, and an excellent butcher shop that offers many products from the area. The area is magnificent, a few km from the slopes, a very nice hike without forgetting the exceptional wolf and bison park. And the springs of the village. We had a great time staying with Eric and his wife. The accommodation is very nice, well arranged and perfectly equipped. It consists of a studio space with kitchen and bathroom, as well as a separate bedroom. The large bed was very comfortable, and we were able to easily install a crib as well as a mattress on the floor for our 4-year-old. Everything was perfectly clean when we arrived, and although the weather did not allow us to enjoy it, the pool is a real plus! The hosts are available, welcoming and give good advice for discovering the surroundings. Note: it takes about 45 minutes to reach sites such as Puy de Sancy, Lake Pavin, the medieval city of Besse or the resort of Super-Besse. A quiet accommodation, ideal for discovering the region with the family!

We had the pleasure of staying in Sabine's chalet. This allowed us to take the accommodation earlier than the scheduled time, we still want to thank her. Peaceful accommodation, with a beautiful view. The pool is really a positive point in this heat. Sabine also gave us very good advice for restaurants and the small hazards of travel. Excellent cottage: amazing setting, well appointed accommodation, very welcoming host. Perfect for a relaxing vacation. You just have to know that you will have to take the car to reach restaurants/local activities, because the cottage is quite secluded (which is not an inconvenience however)

A great very cosy Holiday home with lots of typical French charistics. Great garden and river next to the house. The vilcanoc mountain area is perfect for day trips and mountain bikes. Small supermarket with great croissants 5 min drive from the house.

Great location for this small space. Access to ski slopes and hiking trails on foot, and close to the main road cleared of snow at all times. All the basics are there. And even bedding guards for greater hygiene: great idea! Accepts dog and short stay, which is a real plus. Thank you very much!

Mathilde and Nicolas are very friendly and caring hosts. The accommodation is located in an environment where the surrounding landscape is beautiful with lush nature and biodiversity with plenty of things to discover (gorges, volcanoes, quality local products, various activities, etc.). The rooms of the accommodation are spacious and very pretty, typical of the region with granite fireplace as well as the floor. The bedding is good quality. Our 2 dogs were very well accommodated. To recommend. We'll come back.

In the heart of Cantal, near the Dordogne gorges. You will enjoy the many nearby hikes. This old house made of old stones has been perfectly restored to the tastes of the day with care and with quality materials. It is very well equipped. We were a family of five, each able to enjoy their own private room with shower and the large shaded garden. It is a real favorite for us who come from the most beautiful department of France, the 64 (a little Basque-Béarnais chauvinism does not hurt...). Cantal and Salers will never replace Ossau-iraty cheese but you can find some GAEC and farm producers around that will make you discover this good cheese made on site!We recommend this place for nature lovers, those who love good things and outdoor activities. A beautiful place. The view from the terrace is beautiful and we were lucky to be able to have all our meals outside. The cottage is comfortable and close to hiking departures. Note: sheets and towels are optional. It's indicated in the listing but a little hidden in the Airbnb interface.

I've rarely slept so well in an Airbnb accommodation. Perfectly clean, peaceful, comfortable and tastefully decorated accommodation. I highly recommend it.
