Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

The Shelter

Maisonnette très cosy dans le centre de Murat. Entièrement rénovée, mignonne, bien équipée et idéalement située, vous allez l’adorer ! L’hiver : à 10 minutes des pistes du Lioran et de Prat de Bouc, accessibles en train ou en voiture. Raquettes, ski de fond & alpin , patinoire, truffade, aligot.. Le reste du temps : circuits de rando par centaines, cols légendaires à gravir en vélo, zéro moustique, vaches les plus belles du pays, truffade, aligot.. 🙂 Venez, ça va être bien !

Gîte de 54 m² à l'étage d'une maison de caractère, située dans un hameau de montagne au cœur des Monts du Cantal, à 5 km de la station du Lioran, 8 km de la cité médiévale de Murat et 20 km du Grand Site du Puy Mary. Idéal pour les randonneurs, le gîte se situe sur le GR400 (Tour des Monts du Cantal) et sur la Via Arverna (chemin de Compostelle). Un autre gîte avec entrée indépendante se situe au rez-de-chaussée. The accommodation is close to the Rocher du Cerf blue trail, GR400 hiking trails leading to the peaks of the Cantalian volcano. It offers 3 bedrooms and a dormitory under the roof. During the beautiful days you can enjoy the sun thanks to the terrace located on the side of the cottage, to eat outside or simply contemplate the mountains.

Alone, with family or friends, for 1 night only or a longer stay, Au 17 is an ideal base to enjoy all the activities that the Murat countryside offers. Upper part of an old house renovated as a duplex. Living/dining room and kitchen on the 1st level with TV and pellet stove. Upstairs, cozy bedroom with 3 single beds including 1 in mezzanine and 1 bed 140. Comfortable sofa bed available in the sitting area. Bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet.

My accommodation is located in the heart of the Planèze of Saint-Flour. Halfway between St Flour and Murat, you are ideally placed to discover Cantal Coltines is a small dynamic village 20 minutes from Lioran Gastronomy, sports, skiing, hiking, culture, etc.... House at the foot of Puy Mary

If you are looking for calm, this is the ideal house at the foot of Puy Mary in the place called Louradou. at the start of various hikes, GR400, mountain biking, TRAIL, cross country skiing, snowshoeing. 15 km from Lioran ski resort (if road is clear). 15 minutes from the Jordanne Gorges, Lake Graves Grocery store, bakery, restaurant 1.5 km from the house. Aurillac 25 km away weekend or other rental, except July and August by the week.

Our cottage is located in the mountain hamlet of Les Boissines, located at 1150 m altitude and offers spectacular views of the Cantal mountains. Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station. Area of 110 m2 with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms (one of which opens onto the mezzanine) with double beds. Terrace, garage, 3500 m2 lot.
