La casa è stata appena ristrutturata con attenzione e cura, ed ha un ingresso privato ed un giardino ad uso esclusivo dei nostri ospiti. Siamo a 3,5 km dal mare, a 7 km dal centro di Anzio e dalle grotte di Nerone. La stazione di Lido di Lavinio, con il suo caos multietnico, è a 500 metri e permette di arrivare a Roma in 50 minuti. La strada regionale 207 Nettunense è 200 metri.. Siamo a 6 minuti dalla Riserva Naturale Regionale Tor Caldara (consigliamo verificare orari di apertura).
