There are 2 lakes with ample fishing. Trout are stocked numerous times throughout the year in both the VFW lake & Little Buffalo River. There are 29 miles of gravel roads open to horse traffic most of the year. Local attractions include Eagle Creek WMA, David Crockett State Park, Amish Country, and Crazy Horse Canoe rental.

A peaceful retreat at Kahu Farm

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars! This lovely canvas tent has a comfy queen size bed, tables and chair with ottoman. There’s outdoor seating on the deck, a table and chairs outside and a lovely spot to enjoy an evening fire! We have an outdoor shower and bathroom for your use along with an outdoor kitchen where we are happy to offer coffee and baked goods for breakfast when available! Please let us know if you’d like those in advance. We also just installed solar power!
