Simplifiez-vous la vie dans ce logement paisible et à proximité du centre ville d'Agen en 10min à pied en empruntant la passerelle et à 5min du pont canal. Ce logement est attenant à ma propriété, vous aurez un accès indépendant du mien. Vous pourrez profiter de la cour extérieure et du barbecue l'été. Je me tiendrai à votre disposition durant votre séjour en cas de nécessité. Je loue du dimanche soir au vendredi, si vous souhaitez prolonger les séjours en week-end n hésitez pas à me demander.

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

Hello The apartment is located on the first floor of a secure residence with elevator A balcony will allow you to relax or smoke. The apartment has been completely refurbished and has a 160x200 bed for your comfort. You will have all the necessary equipment (coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, Smart Tv internet...) a modern bathroom with towel dryer. The bed linen is included as well as the towels. Coffee is free:)

Comfortable air-conditioned cottage for a couple or family stay by a lake 10 km south of Agen. Guests can relax under the weeping willows, fishing at the lake, cooling off in one of two available pools, playing bowls, ping pong or canoeing/kayaking. In the immediate vicinity, you will find a large number of attractions: karting, equestrian center, amusement park, hiking, golf, typical villages, bastides to visit.
