Il est à 17 minutes du parc des expositions de Rouen, 25 minutes du Kindarena, 16 minutes de Biotropica. Au bout de la rue, place du champ de foire, la ligne de bus F9 vous conduira à Rouen. Parking gratuit dans la rue (pas toujours de place) et parking au bout de la rue gratuit (champ de foire). Par sécurité, une caméra est situé dans le hall extérieur.
