We stayed at this place with the family and our dog. The place and our stay were really amazing. Enrico and Souhair are the super hosts… very friendly, supportive and always available to help with recommendations or advices. The villa is very clean and well equipped with anything you need for a comfortable stay with the family. It looks even better than pictures! It’s 5-10 minutes drive to the beaches! We really enjoyed our stay, it was great! We definitely recommend this place and will come back! Enrico and Souhair, thank you again for your hospitality and accommodation!

A massive thank you to fabrizio and his family for the most amazing time in his beautiful home . The house and location is stunning and it went way beyond our expectations and hopes for our first Tuscan adventure . So welcoming from the first moment , full of advice and recommendations . Nothing is too much trouble for Fabrizio as all he wants is his guests to have the best time possible . I could say so many great things about this house , the pictures on the listing sell it but you can’t fully appreciate the beauty and feeling of this house and the location until you arrive . This house is fabrizio ‘s dream , designing it and taking many years to complete . He is so proud ,and this really shows when you arrive and meet Fabrizio and his daughter for the first time . We will definitely be back to stay again , so tempted to book 3 weeks next time though !! Thank you so much Fabrizio !! Oh! Ciao Ilaria Vielen Dank, dass wir als Familie mit zwei Kindern in deinem Haus unsere Ferien verbringen durften. Es ist ein sehr schönes, modernes und helles Haus. Der Wohnbereich ist sehr gross, sodass unsere Kinder genügend Platz hatten um zu spielen. Die Küche ist modern und grosszügig ausgestattet. Der Aussenbereich mit überdeckter Feuerstelle war super um draussen zu essen. Auch auf dem sehr gepflegten Rasen hatten wir mit unseren Kindern viel Platz zum Spielen. Die Zimmer sind gross und bieten viel Stauraum . Und auch die Klimaanlage konnten wir gut gebrauchen. Uns hat es sehr bei dir gefallen. Vielen Dank auch, dass du immer erreichbar warst und uns alles sehr gut erklärt hast beim Check -In Ganz liebe Grüsse

Bevor wir ankamen, hatte Herr Salih schon die Klimaanlage im Haus eingeschaltet. Er wohnte nebenan und wenn man Fragen hatte, konnte man bei ihm klingeln. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es Pizzerien, Supermärkte und der freie Strand ist 9 km entfernt. Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern 5 Tage hier und waren sehr zufrieden.

Casarosa is a vacation house with the warm feeling of a home. Upon entering through the main gate, you are left speechless by the spectacular view. Once you recover from that and look in the opposite direction, you can see the beautiful garden with the pool, everything perfectly maintained. The house is spacious, comfortable, and well-organized. Everything was very clean. Casarosa has everything necessary for your stay. We lacked nothing, Cristiana thought of everything. But now let's talk about the decoration; the house is beautifully decorated with love for details. All the spaces are in harmony and transmit peace. Cristiana personally welcomed us and showed us everything we needed. She even gave us suggestions on restaurants and places to visit. Even after check-in, Cristiana was always available if we wanted to know something. We spent some incredible days in this place; our teenage children were also fascinated by the cool Insta-Spots they found in Casarosa.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was lovely and our hosts friendly and welcoming. The house was beautiful, well-furnished and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the garden and outside eating area too. The easy access by foot to the station about five minutes away made day trips to other towns very easy. We also hired a car so we could visit some small towns and villages in the Apuan Alps, which were a lovely backdrop from the balcony of the house. A lovely place to holiday! Grazie Mille!

Abbiamo trascorso quattro giorni nell’appartamento e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’alloggio è vicinissimo al mare e a tutti i servizi. Sandro è stato sempre presente e disponibile per ogni necessità. Menzione di merito per lui. Alla prossima!

Wir durften 9 traumhaft schöne und erholsame Tage in Antonios wunderschönem Haus verbringen und haben Antonio und seine Mutter als besonders herzliche und zuvorkommenden Gastgeber kennengelernt. Das Haus ist ein absolutes Juwel - neu, modern, super sauber, liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles ist farblich auf einander abgestimmt. Alle Wohnräume verfügen über Air condition - haben wir aber nicht gebraucht, Fliegenschutzfenster, vollausgestattete Küche, schöne angenehme Bettwäsche, Handtücher - auch hier alles neu und farblich passend. Sehr bequeme Betten. Das Haus liegt mit seinem sehr ansprechend gestalteten Garten, einer großzügigen Einfahrt und sehr schöner Terrassse in einer sehr angenehm ruhigen Gegend, an einer Anliegerstrasse / Weg und angrenzend an Blumenfelder. Mit den zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrrädern ist man binnen 10 Minuten direkt am Meer. Vielen herzlichen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt.
