Beautiful 130 m2 house with private swimming pool (secured by an alarm), air-conditioned and bright.​ You will be staying less than 10 minutes from the splendid Lac du Salagou. Absolute tranquility. This 1-storey villa is very comfortable and pleasant to stay in.​ Close to the A750, it is located in the center of the triangle between Montpellier, Sète and Béziers, which is ideal for serving the entire region. Swimming pool out of service from November to March. No smoking in the house. Parties are forbidden. Sheets and towels are provided.
