This tastefully restored former industrial building welcomes you for a quiet and relaxing stay 15 minutes from Figeac. Invest in this place consisting of 2 apartments located in the main building, you will occupy the whole. Come and enjoy the garden, terraces, heated pool, bar and hot tub (common outdoor areas). Composition of each cottage: kitchen open to living room and dining room, toilet. Upstairs, with access from the outside, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, toilet.
