Spacious, bright and quiet accommodation a few steps from the city center. Easy to park in front. The pluses, being in a warm, lively space, the terrace, the foosball and the pinball... the little touches... coffee available and rather high-end services, I'm thinking in particular of the appliances... we'll be happy to go back!

Very good accommodation and exactly as stated.

Always as good as usual, always the small drinks, chips, biscuits available, there was no smell of sewers during our stay but it may be due to the heat and the work in the street but when you arrive in the accommodation the smell is no longer there As always, I recommend +++

The accommodation is incredibly well decorated, very intimate. No traffic noise, no noise pollution, a real cocoon of fullness. The jacuzzi offers a real plus!

The photos don’t do the house justice- a very warm and nicely finished home with lots of nice touches- the bedding/ soft furnishings and decor very tasteful . Only gripes were the windows didn’t have proper curtains so light was a factor in the morning and there was no coffee pods for the machine and when we messaged for some we didn’t get a reply Overall a delightful, well equipped and tastefully furnished property that iis set in a pretty French village - I would totally recommend

A beautiful and welcoming house, we felt so good there! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need! The host was friendly and responsive in case of problems.

Caroline was a welcoming and very pleasant host. Careful, she had provided little touches that make all the difference. We felt right at home. The house is warm, made for large families and even better than in the pictures! Everything is there and everything is perfectly designed to make the stay as pleasant as possible. I was very well received in a very friendly way in person by Thomas. He has always been available when needed between his professional activities. Very clean, very pleasant and bright studio with everything you need to have a great stay. Very comfortable bedding for good and sweet nights. I recommend this very well located accommodation at the gates of the avesnois to do plenty of beautiful walks without forgetting Avesnes where you have access on foot from the accommodation. I'd be happy to go back. Very nice place and Thomas is very friendly and conscientious.
