You can reach Champs Élysée directly in 15 minutes, Gare Saint-Lazare in 20 minutes, Gare du Nord in 30 minutes by metro line 13 which is a 5-minute walk away! You can go to the Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame, the Louvre Museum in 30 minutes by metro. The neighborhood is very lively: all the shops like Auchan, Carrefour, Picard, restaurants, small shops nearby and also the Coulée Verte

Pleasant 20 m2 fully equipped studio with garden and outdoor parking. Located in a quiet and residential area. The accommodation is a 2-minute walk to local shops and a 5-minute drive to the commercial area (Auchan Plaisir, One Nation, Nike outlet, Adidas...) and many restaurants that I will be happy to recommend.
