Holiday rentals with beach access in Le Couchant, La Grande-Motte

Great location, close to everything. A very clean studio with a very nice balcony. Nothing to complain about the service.

Estelle's accommodation is very well located in a quiet environment. It is close to the beach (50m), restaurants and bakery. The apartment is clean and south facing to the pool and direct views of the beach.

We had a fantastic stay in Caroline and Aaron’s compact living apartment, which was very well-designed and thoughtfully planned – perfect for two people. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The purpose of our trip was the Multihull Boat Show in the harbor of La Grande-Motte, which was just a ten-minute walk away. The weather was at its best, despite it being late April. The beautiful weather and the fact that the beach was only a couple of minutes away meant we took at least one swim in the Mediterranean every day. We decided to stay a few extra days for a mix of work and vacation, and the apartment was ideal for this – the Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. The description and photos of the apartment and its facilities matched perfectly. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the airport with car. Hope to come back. Lina & Pål

Very clean and functional apartment. Beautiful south-facing terrace and deep enough to be protected from the sun; the view is superb and the residence is very quiet at this time. A beautiful place to fully enjoy the sea.

we had a lovely stay. the accommodation is ideally located, close to the beach, 5 min walk. Family-friendly accommodation, there was everything you need, reading for our 7-year-old son, a high chair and a bed rail for our 2.5-year-old daughter. There are also a few shops within a 5-minute walk. Frédéric and his wife are very welcoming.

Annabel contacted us before the trip. She sent us explanatory videos that allowed us to arrive independently. Thank you so much for clarifying. When we arrived, we immediately felt good. The apartment with sea view is a 3-minute walk from the beach. We can't find better. In terms of cleanliness, it was impeccable and everything was tidy. The apartment has everything you need, is modern and tastefully decorated. The large garage is a plus, which allowed us to park our car in a cool and safe place There is enough space to park bicycles. All the points were met to have a great vacation. Recommended! Short stay of 3 nights in early June 2025 at Marie's with my 2-year-old son. Everything went well, the accommodation is extremely well equipped and very well located without being too close to tourist areas. It was perfect for us. Delighted with our little weekend at the sea, which only aimed to spend a few days somewhere other than our home and to go shellfish picking.

Ideal location, private parking to leave the car safely. Shops and seafront almost at the foot of the building. Simplified arrival and departure independently in the accommodation, at all points identical to the description and indications given by Frédéric, extremely responsive and friendly. We had a great time staying with Nico and Lydia. Check-in is in person, communication was easy and good. The apartment is as shown in the picture, very cozily furnished, there is a holiday feeling directly. We traveled as a family with two small children and enjoyed the location right on the beach and the parking lot in front of the door. But the property is also very suitable for excursions in the area. We found the sofa bed a little too small for the 4 of us, it is suitable for sitting max. for 2 people during the day and at night for sleeping more for small people...

We had a great stay at Florian and Estefania's. The apartment is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The residence is very quiet and everything is within walking distance, beaches and shops. There is enough to cook and a beautiful terrace for relaxing evenings. We will keep this address for our weekends at the seaside.

Ideal stay for 4. The apartment is located in a quiet residence. The parking space is a real plus, especially with the paid parking in La Grande Motte. Access to the beach is direct and secure. No road crossing: ideal with children. Communication was clear and prompt. The apartment is well-equipped and the children even had creative activities available. Perfect. We stayed 4 days in this apartment and the break was perfect. As soon as we arrive with this sea view, the vacation mode is activated! The decor, comfort and location were all perfect! I recommend it
