Les voyageurs ont un accès privatisé aux extérieurs du gîte (parking, piscine, terrasse, coin repas extérieur avec barbecue au gaz). Espaces verts partagés avec les propriétaires. Les propriétaires sauront se faire discrets. Draps et serviettes de toilette fournis. L'intérieur du logement est strictement non fumeur (Un cendrier sera à votre disposition à l'extérieur afin de ne pas laisser des mégots par terre).

Sublime hôtel particulier de 1903, crée par un grand architecte et entièrement réhabilité en 2020 par monsieur Hervé Delouis, brillant architecte clermontois. Cette vieille dame a fait l'objet de trois ans de travaux pour retrouver toutes ses lettres de noblesse, tout l'enjeu était de conserver les éléments d'époque et le cachet unique qui lui confère.
