It is located on the ground floor of a quiet and secure residence in a cul-de-sac. the parking lot is at the foot of the building. You will find all amenities 300 m from the accommodation ( supermarket ,pharmacy) and the city center of Saint-Brieuc is a 5-minute walk ( a bus stop is on the street) the marina of Saint-Brieuc is a 10-minute walk away.

We welcome you to a small village in central Brittany between the English Channel and the Atlantic (30 min north coast and 1 hour south coast). Just an 800-meter walk from the center of Plouguenast, you will find shops and local amenities. For hiking lovers (equestrian, mountain biking, hiking) the town has several kilometers of marked trails to discover the Lié Valley, one of the loops passing through the village of Rotz

The pool is open from April 1st to November 15th and heated to 28 degrees; its use is shared. It is accessible from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Located near Paimpol, 300 meters from the beach, I will be happy to host you in an independent apartment located on the ground floor of my house The GR34 passes in front of the house and will allow you to hike on the coastal trails and swim in the sea
