Proche des plages de La Tranche sur mer et Longeville : Conches, Rocher, Clémenceau St Vincent/J, Musées Clémenceau de l'automobile de Vendée à proximité et le Puy du Fou à 1 heure. Convenant pour deux personnes, non adapté pour des personnes à mobilité réduite. Nécessité d'une voiture pour les commodités. Stationnement devant la maison.
