Very nice collaboration. Hosts very available, responsive and friendly. A 20 minute walk there is the port with some shops. On the other hand, no restaurant nearby. If you arrive late, plan.

villa perfectly matching the description, in a peaceful cul-de-sac. the small beach 10 min walk at the end of the cul-de-sac is very nice! Maryline was very welcoming, and flexible on check-in and check-out times. She had even planned a snack for the evening of our arrival and breakfast. Thanks for your attention! the villa was located near Ste Anne, Le Gosier, and ideally located for visiting the island. I would recommend this villa!

We had a wonderful week at Alex and Annie's! Very beautiful and well-equipped villa Beautiful pool, kids had fun! The garden is really pretty, lots of trees and beautiful flowers. Very nice house, true to photos. Modern, accessible and practical. (air conditioning, bathtub, 2 bathrooms/WC) and the terrace, a must for sunbathing without leaving! The host is not on site but remains responsive. Krystie who welcomed us was also responsive and available. Good location despite a lot of car traffic, and maybe not enough big shops within walking distance, but otherwise very good!

Our hosts didn't behave like hosts , but really as friends. They were super responsive beyond our expectations in order to get us out of a very complicated situation related to another the accommodation that was canceled , They did not hesitate to take their time as soon as they knew that we were in an emergency . To do us a favor The location is a haven of peace amid banana trees, with totally friendly neighbors Our only regret, not staying there more time, But we won't come back!!!!

We had a great family stay at Nicolas's villa. The environment is perfect, quiet but access to everything in less than 5 minutes by car. The view is great! The services of the accommodation are really premium (bedding, fittings, etc.). We highly recommend this place.

It was a pleasure to spend a few days in this beautiful villa. Mickaël and Vanessa shared very clear information and listened during the stay. The villa is very well furnished and very well located.

Absolutely beautiful and comfortable villa! Our group of 6 rented a car that made it easy to experience beaches, restaurants and excursions around the island. Orient Bay was our favorite where we rented beach chairs at beach clubs that Alex and Severine suggested. Highly recommend this peaceful and private villa!

We had a very good vacation at this house. Highlights, the pool, ocean view from the cabana, open concept living eating area. A very nice set up. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which for us we found great. There were 5 of us all adults, plenty of space to relax, swim, eat. Very well equiped modern kitchen, nothing lacking. Really quiet at night and thru the day. Very responsive host before and during our stay. 2 minute walk to the beach where you can swim, walk and take surfing lessons. We cooked in and we ate out. The pizza place nearby is good and Nouts was really good. 10-20 min. drive to grocery stores. We found Carrefour to be the best. We would return.

Excellent stay, quality services in one of the most beautiful places on the island. Comfortable and very pleasant house on a daily basis. Available and responsive host. A great experience for family travel. I highly recommend it!

Cedhi and Claudine welcomed us very warmly.....the accommodation is clean and very pleasant, with a magnificent view....we had a great stay.

We were very well received by Tania and her family, despite our two hours of delay due to our flight. We had a great stay at her place, a real enchanted break of a few days. The house is very nice and perfectly suited for sharing good times with family. The exterior is particularly appreciable, with a superb swimming pool and a beautiful terrace. I recommend this accommodation 100%, as well as its host, without hesitation.

We had a great time at this villa. It is very well decorated, very pleasant to live in, has everything you need and is in a beautiful green setting. Laurène is a host concerned about the smooth running of the stay, available and very friendly (as well as Marie Denise who welcomed us) We will think about renting this house again if we return to Guadeloupe 😄

The apartment was great The nearest beach is the least pretty but about 20 minute drive it has very nice beaches One of the downsides was that we had not been warned that the neighboring house was under construction which caused the noise of 6:30 in the morning But in general I would recommend it without hesitation
