Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Le Grau d'Agde

We had a great stay. Romain is a responsive, friendly, and patient host. His place is exactly as pictured and was relatively easy to find. You’ll need to rely on a rental car or taxi service for the location. Not ideal for people with mobility issues as only one room is on the bottom floor. The other rooms are accessible via a slim staircase. Two rooms are situated near each other with three rooms total in the main part of the house. The other two you access by walking in the courtyard. The space was great for our needs as we were several families traveling together, total of 9 people. We had the space to eat and spend time together while also have some time apart during our trip. A large grocery store is less than 10 minutes away. Béziers train station is roughly 12 minutes away. Romain met us for both check in and check out times and was flexible when our party had different arrival times. I’d recommend Romain’s place to anyone looking for a lovely holiday.

The accommodation is well located in that it is very close to the port and the village. Bedding is comfortable and communication with Laura was easy.

Tastefully decorated home. Close to all amenities (grocery store, bakery, doctor, etc.) and 5 minutes from the highway (22 minutes from Montpellier). All rooms have a dressing area. Comfortable beds. There is space to drop off suitcases. The accommodation was very clean. Very Quiet Neighborhood. The only downside: the garage! Or rather the alley that makes it very difficult to get the car in (but free parking a few steps away). Even if there are only 3 of you, the place is perfect. Rose is responsive via messages. Even though I didn't meet her, it's clear she's a very friendly host. I highly recommend this listing.

We had a great winter stay, very cozy around good meals prepared in the beautiful very well equipped kitchen and the beautiful fireplace in the living room where you immediately feel comfortable. The rooms are decorated with a lot of taste and quiet, the bedding is of very good quality. We enjoyed pleasant little walks in the surrounding vineyards and the spacious garden by a stream. Recommended!

The appartment is lovely, very light and comfortably furnished. Great aircon in a heatwave! Both Philippe and his wife were helpful and flexible. The centre of Marseillan was less than a 10 min walk but the road itself was quiet and peaceful. We had a great stay.

Let me start by saying wow! We had an exceptional family stay in this charming, peaceful, and beautifully equipped home. Everything was absolutely perfect, from the pristine cleanliness to the top-notch amenities that exceeded our highest expectations. The warm and serene atmosphere of the house made it easy to relax and fully enjoy our time there. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and will definitely return on our next visit to the region. A huge thank you to our wonderful host, Lindsay, for making our stay so memorable!

The space has huge volumes that make everyone feel comfortable and inviting to relax. The bedding is comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms are very nice. The bedroom with bunk beds is small and overlooks the kitchen but it is charming. Very well located 2 steps from Les Halles while being in a quiet street. Communication is easy with very responsive hosts. I recommend it.

Paul's studio is very nice and has everything. There's everything, and more. It's better than described in the listing and is in a great location. Plus, it's a place that has a soul. Very clean and modern, perfectly located but parking can be challenging. While the Airbnb sleeps four there was only seating for three in the living room area.

The stay was excellent, the accommodation is spotless, the neighborhood is very peaceful. Everything was exactly as described. Communication with Morgan was perfect, we were also able to benefit from good recommendations for visits to the surrounding area. It was a great pleasure to stay in this villa.

Great cozy apartment. In our opinion, one of the best locations for a holiday on the sea. Don't look for pathos here, everything is modest but worthy. Especially good for those with a dog, have their own area in the backyard

Very good stay, nice house and garden. Note as a point of improvement, the kitchen equipment is a bit fair , it was missing plates, wine glasses for a house presented for 9 people. There are 2 bedrooms in a row which was not specified in the listing and it would have been nice to have sponge, towel and shower gel in each bathroom.

Marie-Anne and Régis were very welcoming hosts. The house is absolutely perfect for a weekend with family or friends. Everything was planned to have a good time!
