Holiday rentals with beach access in Le Grau-du-Roi

Well-equipped and very pleasant accommodation by the harbor. The terrace is beautiful and the environment is superb with beaches nearby. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return. Peggy and Marcus are wonderful hosts, and their home is in a perfect location. The house has everything you might need, plus a fantastic balcony/terrace you can enjoy all day. If you ever need anything, Peggy and Marcus are available 24/7 and incredibly helpful. The location is very close to Le Grau-du-roi center and makes it super easy to access restaurants,shops,bakeries,supermarkets,beaches, kitesurfing, horseback riding, jet-skiing, hiking, biking, and exploring nearby neighborhoods. It’s a great place to reconnect with nature while staying comfortable. The house itself is in amazing condition, very functional, and perfect for up to 4–5 guests. We stayed as a couple with our cat — it’s also pet-friendly, which made everything even better. The sunlight in the morning and at sunset hits the balcony beautifully, making it the perfect spot to relax any time of day. Also, don’t miss their lovely waffle shop just downstairs — a delicious taste of Canada you shouldn’t skip! Highly 🫶

We really enjoyed being able to do everything on foot, ideally located and very clean apartment. The baby bed provided for the baby is a real plus. We also liked having the bed and bath linen provided Thank you for Sylvie's various attentions.

Weekend spent with family, spacious accommodation, well renovated, except doors that squeak and do not close very well (with baby we had to organize ourselves and not have to cover the door) the beds were made, which we really appreciated. The terrace and view is very pleasant on the marina. Overall, it's pretty quiet. Thank you Lucile for accepting pets.

This fisherman's hut is a haven of peace, a cozy little cocoon. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance: the sea, the city center, shops... The accommodation is very clean and very well equipped. The small terrace with its summer kitchen allows you to share convivial moments. Everything is designed to be enjoyed while relaxing. The balcony is also very nice, and perfectly oriented to enjoy it without experiencing stifling heat. The private parking space allows you to stay serene throughout the stay: put the car down and do everything on foot! Very quiet residence during this period, just before the big summer season. Everything was perfect! I would definitely recommend this place, you won't be disappointed!

What a nice surprise when opening the door with this beautiful view of the sea. The accommodation is very nice, decorated and furnished with great taste. The bedding is very comfortable! And what could be more pleasant than being a stone's throw from the beach?! Very practical with children! I highly recommend this place.

We spent 3 days in Stéphan's accommodation and we immediately adopted it. It is very functional, bright, pleasant to live in. The rooms are large, the bedroom even has a terrace. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, and the toilets are separate, which is nice. As it is on the ground floor, the apartment has a very large shaded terrace that allows you to eat outside. Even though it is on the edge of the coastal avenue, calm reigns and at night no noise disturbs our sleep. The beach is just opposite, you just have to cross the dune. The presence of a few small local shops about 500 meters away is a plus. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, good quality bedding with a 160 bed. It has a private parking space in the residence In a nutshell, you feel good at Stéphan's!

Corine and her husband were very kind and welcoming. Their home, in addition to being in a very charming place, is welcoming and well-kept. Very clean and with everything you need. It was one of the holiday homes I've stayed in where I felt most at home. A place I'd go back to. I recommend it!

Great stay very nice. Beautiful apartment, really comfortable and well-equipped. We loved the sea view and the view of the ponds on the other side. The residence is quiet and ideally located to go to the center on foot or to reach the ponds for beautiful bike rides.
