We highly recommend the house! The communication with Kevin was very straightforward and friendly. The house was very clean and had a great atmosphere! We loved the tranquility and had everything we needed! The area is very well maintained, safe and everything is within easy reach.

This fisherman's hut is a haven of peace, a cozy little cocoon. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance: the sea, the city center, shops... The accommodation is very clean and very well equipped. The small terrace with its summer kitchen allows you to share convivial moments. Everything is designed to be enjoyed while relaxing. Peggy and Marcus are wonderful hosts, and their home is in a perfect location. The house has everything you might need, plus a fantastic balcony/terrace you can enjoy all day. If you ever need anything, Peggy and Marcus are available 24/7 and incredibly helpful. The location is very close to Le Grau-du-roi center and makes it super easy to access restaurants,shops,bakeries,supermarkets,beaches, kitesurfing, horseback riding, jet-skiing, hiking, biking, and exploring nearby neighborhoods. It’s a great place to reconnect with nature while staying comfortable. The house itself is in amazing condition, very functional, and perfect for up to 4–5 guests. We stayed as a couple with our cat — it’s also pet-friendly, which made everything even better. The sunlight in the morning and at sunset hits the balcony beautifully, making it the perfect spot to relax any time of day. Also, don’t miss their lovely waffle shop just downstairs — a delicious taste of Canada you shouldn’t skip! Highly 🫶

Thanks to Jihane for this short stay at his place. We really enjoyed this very nice, cozy, well decorated, and very well appointed apartment. The balcony is also very nice, and perfectly oriented to enjoy it without experiencing stifling heat. The private parking space allows you to stay serene throughout the stay: put the car down and do everything on foot! Very quiet residence during this period, just before the big summer season. Everything was perfect! I would definitely recommend this place, you won't be disappointed!

We spent 3 days in Stéphan's accommodation and we immediately adopted it. It is very functional, bright, pleasant to live in. The rooms are large, the bedroom even has a terrace. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, and the toilets are separate, which is nice. As it is on the ground floor, the apartment has a very large shaded terrace that allows you to eat outside. Even though it is on the edge of the coastal avenue, calm reigns and at night no noise disturbs our sleep. The beach is just opposite, you just have to cross the dune. The presence of a few small local shops about 500 meters away is a plus. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, good quality bedding with a 160 bed. It has a private parking space in the residence In a nutshell, you feel good at Stéphan's!

We had a pleasant stay. Everything was perfect at the studio level and the balcony allowed for lunch in the sun with a view of the harbor. The place is quiet and very relaxing in April. It's easy to walk to the city center along the sea. I recommend it without a problem. Mireille
