A l'étage d'un bâtiment séparé de notre maison, vous bénéficierez d’un espace privé de 55m2, calme et confortable, ainsi que d'un jardin avec mobilier et barbecue. Vous disposerez d'une chambre mezzanine équipée d'un lit de 160cm + un canapé convertible dans le séjour de 140cm. Draps & serviettes de bain sont fournis. Deux bornes de recharge pour véhicules électriques sont situées à 50 mètres.

Large house in the Normandy countryside, very quiet, on the edge of the Seine loops, 20 minutes from Rouen (historic districts) and 45 minutes from the sea (Veules-les-Roses, Dieppe, Etretat). In the middle of the fields, surrounded by animals (sheep, donkeys, chickens). The house consists of a large living room with fireplace, a large dining room (12 people) and an equipped kitchen. Outside, free access to the large garden, terrace (barbecue, garden furniture) and vegetable garden.

Crossed by the river and a small pond, in the heart of a vast and well-kept garden, offering varied and colorful scenery in all seasons, La Grande Aulnaie is bordered by the Fontaine-Guérard Abbey, the fascinating ruins of the Levavasseur spinning mill, and the Longboel Forest.
