The apartment is a 3-minute walk to the tram and buses, a 5-minute walk to the Convention Center and a 10-15 minute walk to the train station. With a nice view of the School of Fine Arts, a short walk from the train station, this charming apartment, ideally located, will allow you to explore the city of Angers. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, queen-size bed (160 x 200) with storage space and a beautiful bathroom. All the comforts you need for a pleasant stay... The pretty view is worth it, we are located on the 3rd floor of the building without elevator :)
