The sea is within walking distance and the GR 34 passes in front of the house. If you're looking for tranquility, you've come to the right place. The house is fully equipped to make you feel at home, even on vacation. Finally, the well-kept and flowery garden will invite you to relax.

Its bright living room opens onto a terrace and garden to the south and a bay to the west that offers panoramic views of Beauport Cove and its abbey. This stay has a small wood stove that can enhance cooler days or evenings. You will live there to the rhythm of the tides in the greatest comfort.

On a plot of more than 1000 m2, this 120 m2 house with its 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms can accommodate up to 6 people. Just a 3-minute walk to the village of Pontrieux and its shops, you can enjoy all its amenities.
