BEAUTIFUL 1 BEDROOM FLAT HEART OF THE OLD TOWN

You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

At the foot of Porte Cailhau, in a very beautiful street in the historic heart of Bdx, 2 steps from Place de la Bourse and the water mirror. Very nice, extremely bright, 4th floor (no elevator) in the old building. Ideal for tourist stays, outings, discovering the city. Composed of a living room with open and equipped kitchen, a bedroom, bathroom and toilet. Close to all amenities (restaurants/wine bars/shops/historical monuments), tram stops, and bike stations.

Beautiful and comfortable flat , 50m2 of charm and stylish furnitures. Beautiful view on river Garonne with little balconies. In the lively area of the city, ideal for visiting the city on foot. Have a drink on the balcony and go down to dinner on the docks! 3rd floor, no elevator. Check-in 3:00 - 8:00. No late arrivals. 3rd floor without elevator. This was a perfect location to explore Bordeaux. It was populated but quiet. Very close to a tram station which we used all the time. It was very close to tons of restaurants, very easy to walk to anywhere we wanted. The view from the balcony was great, we spent several nights sitting out there. The entrance was very secure and we felt safe in the apartment and the location. Laurence gave great instructions and was very responsive. Wonderful place to stay for our first time in Bordeaux and we would stay here again.

I had planned to stay at another property hosted by Amelie, but just a day before my trip, I found out it had been cancelled without my knowledge due to a payment issue. I panicked, but Amelie quickly responded and kindly offered me this beautiful place instead. Her fast and thoughtful help made me trust her even more. I was lucky to be the very first guest in this stylish and spotless apartment in the heart of Bordeaux. The apartment is surrounded by shops, making everything very convenient. It looks exactly like the photos—stylish, clean, and clearly cared for with love. It has everything needed for a long stay. I cooked a simple breakfast and even did laundry, which was a great comfort during my long trip. I also appreciated the separate toilet and bathroom, which made mornings much easier for my husband and me. Whenever I needed anything, Amelie responded immediately and ensured everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place. Feel at home:)

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. I had all the things I needed for the time I was there. The apartment is so close to so many shops and restaurants but there was no outside noise heard from the bedroom so sleeping was perfect! I would definitely stay here again.
