Our stay at Léa's was impeccable for the 3 nights we were there for my wife's seminar, which was 2 steps from the accommodation. The place is very quiet, the necessary amenities are present and we have all the comforts to feel at home. Recommended +++

Absolutely everything is together to feel perfectly at home. Communication was fluid and responsive, the welcome warm and quick, the accommodation clean and equipped in a very complete way, the pleasant private pools and beaches, the complex stone and vac as a whole at the top, the walk nearby to Bois jolan too beautiful, the breakfast with the magical birds, the Balaou meals as good on the plate as the view... in short, the dream life😍

Stunning house divided into 2 self-catering units. We were 3 couples and stayed in the apartment downstairs ideal for 6 people 3 bedrooms 3 private bathrooms + 1 gym. The kitchen open to the terrace by the pool we had all our meals on the very friendly high bar table. Premium performance in a green setting. Refined bed linen and shower product with a subtle smell provided. Very nice interior decor even though we were mainly outside. In short, we highly recommend it.

Why stay at Nicole's? First of all, for Nicole and her husband, who are attentive and discreet, they will be a useful resource to meet all your needs. There is also this accommodation, independent, perfectly equipped (Air conditioning, very good Wifi signal, orange subscription with Canal + as a bonus), perfect for a quiet stay, while being close to all amenities, a supermarket, the airport, opposite the tennis club of Les Abymes, close to the center of Les Abymes. Very nice very comfortable house whose common areas are all open by large doors on a large furnished terrace adjacent to a beautiful large pool. Really wow! Very clean and well-appointed house inside and out. Nice welcome by the Concierge who is very available and attentive to our comfort and is very generous with advice and suggestions. Located near the beautiful beach of light grapes. Well located for large sales areas (Carrefour and Monoprix).

A spotless and beautiful villa! The pool made our kids happy. We could walk to the beach of the nautical base, small markets, Super U, pharmacy, bakery, and even the beach of light grapes (a little further away). Villa was extremely well equipped. The hosts responded very quickly to any questions we had and we were greeted by Patrick who gave us good advice about the villa. Thank you so much! We hope to be back!

Exceptional stay The house is beautiful, spacious and very bright. The exteriors are beautiful too. Returning from a day of walking, swimming in the pool or in the hot tub is a plus, followed by a barbecue on the large terrace. The location is ideal for visiting major land. We had an unforgettable week in this beautiful house. The view from the terrace on palm trees and beach was great and just a few steps away we watched the sunrise every day - on the beach between palm trees and coconuts. We were more than satisfied with the house itself, thank you to Adriana for the uncomplicated and nice contact, the helpfulness and the quick response time whenever we had a question.

The Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! It’s a beautiful home right on the beach, surrounded by palm trees and just 30 steps from the water — truly unbeatable. We had an amazing time here. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, and what might just be the best bakery in all of Guadeloupe, all within walking distance. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Cool Place, a few steps from the gosier Beach. The stairs are here for the first sweat of the day, but they are only really a pain at the check-out, when you need to leave and bring the luggage back on top;-) nice view, absolute private feeling in the apartment!
