Proche du Parc Naturel du Morvan, visite vers Vezelay, Bibracte, Guedelon.... Boulangerie à 1 km , autres commerces à Corbigny à 10 minutes en voiture.

You can park your vehicles in the parking lot and bikes in an outbuilding.

Beautiful rustic house, with 1ha of land, a pond (very often dry) many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group like several families or for wellness seminars (poor wifi and 4G connection). Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.
