Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Charming house nestled in the heart of the countryside

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Village in the heart of Morvan, about 2.5 hours from Paris and Lyon and in the middle of 3 beautiful Morvan lakes. A 10-minute walk to the center of the village, the house is completely independent and not overlooked. It has a large living room with direct access to a south-facing terrace and a large garden. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs as well as a dormitory with 3 single beds to accommodate you as well as a meadow for your horses.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Terrace on the water, chestnut cottage

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

On the island: an enchanting place to "pause"

This master house shares its courtyard with an oil mill in Donzy and its charm will not leave you indifferent. It is majestically situated on the river. We recently renovated it, preserving its authenticity and character, it will be ideal for a few days with family or friends, close to Pouilly and Sancerre, close to the Château de Guédelon. 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a friendly living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful terraces. 5-star rated, 270 m² house for 14 people, completely renovated, 2000 m² enclosed park with jacuzzi. 9 km from Vézelay, at the gates of Morvan Regional Natural Park. Composed of 5 comfortable and spacious bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, a dining room, a double living room with fireplace with functional hearth, 4 bathrooms and a gym. Great for families or groups of friends. Weekend rental, checkout possibly possible Sunday afternoon if Priory available

Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Beautiful rustic house, with 1ha of land, a pond (very often dry) many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group like several families or for wellness seminars (poor wifi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays between adults, it disturbs the neighborhood too much. Haven of calm and nature. Places of rejuvenation, creation, but also conducive to exchanges. Respect for the quiet of the hamlet is requested.
