A 500 mètres du parc d attraction walygator, de l aqualand et du complexe de loisir le Monky, vous pourrez profiter de tout le confort et de tous les équipements mis à votre disposition. Terrain de pétanque, piscine sécurisée et chauffée de mai à septembre, pool house avec barbecue, frigo et plancha. Vous pourrez également accéder librement à la salle de sport et découvrir le pré ou pâturent un poney, des moutons et des poules

Bel appartement de 48 mètres carrés avec terrasse bien ensoleillé et pas de vis à vis . À 5 minutes du centre historique d'Agen, du Park walibi et Aqualand et de l'autoroute. Tous commerces à proximité. Place de parking dans la résidence et piscine commune. Tout confort dans l'appartement , vous trouverez un grand lit dans la chambre avec grand placard, d'un canapé convertible pouvant accueillir deux enfants, une plaque de cuisson, une senseo, bouilloire et grille-pain... Terrasse privée.

Simplifiez-vous la vie dans ce logement paisible et à proximité du centre ville d'Agen en 10min à pied en empruntant la passerelle et à 5min du pont canal. Ce logement est attenant à ma propriété, vous aurez un accès indépendant du mien. Vous pourrez profiter de la cour extérieure et du barbecue l'été. Je me tiendrai à votre disposition durant votre séjour en cas de nécessité. Je loue du dimanche soir au vendredi, si vous souhaitez prolonger les séjours en week-end n hésitez pas à me demander.
