Simplifiez-vous la vie dans ce logement paisible et à proximité du centre ville d'Agen en 10min à pied en empruntant la passerelle et à 5min du pont canal. Ce logement est attenant à ma propriété, vous aurez un accès indépendant du mien. Vous pourrez profiter de la cour extérieure et du barbecue l'été. Je me tiendrai à votre disposition durant votre séjour en cas de nécessité. Je loue du dimanche soir au vendredi, si vous souhaitez prolonger les séjours en week-end n hésitez pas à me demander.

Nice house with my cat 🐈

This peaceful place offers a relaxing stay. It is my house so there will be my personal belongings that will remain during your stay. My room will be closed, there is also a private corner on the ground floor behind a curtain. Please note that my cat will be present. A few croquettes and water will be given to them during a week's or longer stays. So this rental will only be available to the person who loves cats so there is no misunderstanding. Thank you

Last minute booking. Thanks to Marion for her responsiveness! Impeccable accommodation, very clean (and yet I am a clean freak ^^) Well-equipped and close to the city center of Agen. Just one downside, difficult to park in the immediate vicinity (especially during the funfair ^^) and accommodation on the ground floor overlooking the road. But it didn't bother me 🙂 I highly recommend this listing!

julien was very responsive giving us the right information as soon as we asked for it, he welcomed us very warmly in a clean , tidy accommodation, the beds were made, the coffee was available, he took care to explain to us how the front projector worked then let us enjoy our rainy stay but we compensated with the billiards and electronic darts.

Very good week-long stay in the accommodation. The latter is spacious and very well located to feel quiet while being very close to the center of Agen by car. We also enjoyed a lot of the pool and large garden. Stay with a toddler very appreciated also for the game room but also the gated garden as well as access to the secure pool. Looking forward to coming back, ease of exchange and check-in/checkout also much appreciated. We recommend!

Welcoming and available couple if needed. We wanted to have a barbecue and the grill was old. They went on their own to buy new ones. The house is very simple but it is more than enough to sleep in. Thank you for hosting us!

A truly magical stay! We had the most wonderful time at this charming Airbnb in Gers. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home — the space is incredibly cozy and warm, with thoughtful touches everywhere. The hosts were absolute gems: kind, welcoming, and attentive without ever being intrusive. The swimming pool was such a treat, especially with the stunning countryside as a backdrop. There was absolutely everything we needed — the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking proper meals, and to top it all off, there was a bathtub right in the bedroom! Talk about luxury. We stayed here with our 2 young children and it was the ideal playground for them. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape with comfort, character, and hosts who truly care, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!
