Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Le Pradet

We had a lovely 11 day stay at Helene and Patrick’s home. It was as described, very clean and beautifully presented. Their warm welcome was lovely as was their gift of a chilled bottle of wine on arrival. They were charming, the perfect hosts. The house was a great base for exploring the wider area. The shade in the garden was much appreciated during some very hot days. The bakeries in the village were excellent and all the locals we spoke to were very friendly. On occasion the car park near the house was full but we always managed to get parked somewhere in the village. We had a great stay!

Small, very welcoming accommodation as well as Josephine with her little touches. We will come back if the opportunity arises and we recommend it.

Mylène's apartment was great – super clean, very cozy and had everything you need. The grounds are beautiful, and you feel right at home. We loved eating outside and relaxing by the pool. Mylène is a great host – warm, uncomplicated and always available and accommodating. We would come back anytime - 10/10, absolutely recommended!

We were enthusiastic about the lodge from the first minute. Floor plan, terrace, garden and jacuzzi offered great opportunities. The highlight for us was the Jacuzzi, which we used every evening. Outdoor kitchen and grill also very great and well thought out. We also accepted the offer to order breakfast and Patrick solved the problem with my food allergy super, it was very tasty. We had 2 e-bikes with us, which we could easily and safely park. For us it was a great stay, with many amenities that make the stay special. We will be happy to come back. Perfect. Super clean and very nice accommodation. 1 parking space. We arrived late, but no worries because self check-in is possible. The coffee machine and croissants were very popular, as well as the bottles of water that were waiting for us in the fridge. Everything was perfect!

An exceptional stay, well beyond our expectations! The house is simply splendid: set on the water, with a breathtaking view, and full equipment that makes everyday life incredibly comfortable. You feel like you're at a friend's house, the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. An absolutely beautiful apartment in an idyllic location with just a very short walk to the sea, we very much enjoyed our stay! The apartment was clean and decorated incredibly well; the terrace area was a huge bonus. Thank you so much Stephane!

Lovely beachfront place with an amazing view straight out of the living room. It was clean and well furnished and we felt great there. Even though we stayed only one night, we made sure to get up early for a walk around the beach and to experience the markets there, and it was great. The evening nightlife wasn't exactly our vibe but I'm sure loads of other people would enjoy it, and we didn't have any problems at all with noise despite the lively restaurants below. Overall, an amazing place which was well worth the money.

We spent a fantastic couple of days at Elodies place. It was spotlessly clean and very well equiped. The outside area was just beautiful, looking over the valley below with stunning countryside views yet only a few minutes walk to restaurants, beaches and shop. The pool was fab, lovely to cool off after the heat of the day. Would highly recommend staying here. Might be best if you have a car to see local sights but not necessary if you are happy to explore on foot & use bus. The house is up a hill which was fine for us but may not suit people with limited physical ability. We would definitely return! Thank you so much Elodie! Congrats on your little piece of heaven!

What an exceptional little spot. So peaceful and well decorated. We felt right at home and could really relax here. The discreet terrace/patio is a real bonus!

Top location right on the beach - ideal starting point for Toulon! We had a great stay! The location of the accommodation is really unbeatable – right on the beach with a beautiful park directly opposite. Ideal for relaxing days and walks with two adults and two small children. The bus stop is right outside the door, so you can get anywhere quickly and easily. The amenities were fine – everything important was available, we didn't really miss anything. Overall a great experience, we would come back!

Julia's accommodation is beautiful in addition to being particularly functional. The terrace, very pleasant, is a major asset. The location close to the beach and the possibility of parking your vehicle in the enclosed garden just in front of the door add to the advantages of the place. The check-in was really easy and it was a pleasure to meet Julia. The environment is quiet, without noise pollution. Highly recommend this apartment!

The accommodation is very well located in a secure residence with lots of trees and private parking. The apartment is clean and well-equipped, the terrace is large and the environment pleasant with pretty plants and a beautiful red banana tree. you can walk to the village of Giens as well as on the salt road that runs along the beach and the ponds. we had a lovely stay.. Thomas was very responsive every time we asked him questions.

The accommodation offered by Marc corresponds exactly to the description. It is a very nice apartment located on the heights of Hyères with a magnificent view from the terrace and parking in the residence which is not negligible. In addition, the city is accessible in a short time on foot from the accommodation. Marc is a very friendly, accommodating and responsive host if you have any problems or advice to ask him. I really recommend this accommodation if you are staying in the Var.

Well-equipped studio with magnificent sea view. Self check-in is convenient. Malin is very responsive and understanding.

We had a great time at Nathalie's place. The exchange and instructions are clear for a simple arrival. The studio is very functional with a beautiful view! Beach 5 min walk, small shops and good restaurants nearby also 5 min walk! We'll be happy to come back! Thank you Nathalie

The apartment right on the beach was simply wonderful. Everything was furnished with a lot of love for detail. We felt very comfortable there. The landlords were super nice. Communication in advance was also fast and very helpful. We had a great time and can fully recommend the place. We will be happy to come back.

We sincerely thank Sylvain for his hospitality, generosity and kindness from the beginning to the end of our stay. Although we had to change our trip, Sylvain was extremely understanding and attentive. A little extra for the excellent lemon cake for our arrival! First class apartment in a lovely area. Apartment had everything you need, nicely decorated and was spotlessly clean. Easy access to the beach and local islands. Walkable to the town centre.
