Open 538 sq ft apartment with a cozy atmosphere, recently renovated by me! I live there all year round, except during my travels: it is therefore decorated in my image. Very sunny, soundproof double glazing, parquet flooring, large kitchen: you will feel at home there! The bedroom is separate, and a sofa bed if necessary completes the extra sleeping arrangements. It is perfect for couples who want to discover Paris, solo travelers, teachers, artists, or business travelers.

Located on the 3rd floor with elevator access. Neighborhood with many restaurants around and metro 5 mins away. Very good quality Yamaha piano. I will be happy to offer my apartment to people who will be respectful of it. My apartment is not a hotel, it is an inhabited and lively place.
