My Ardéchois's cottage is located in a very quiet and peaceful hamlet. Surrounded by nature, my house offers high-quality amenities and facilities, as well as a carefully decorated living environment. It is a true haven of tranquillity, ideal for rest and relaxation, and offers many opportunities for outdoor activities: hiking, cycling with access to the Dolce Via trail just 6 km away, swimming in July and August only a 15-minute walk away, and many local regional products… Pets are not allowed.

Le tarif comprend la fourniture des draps et les lits faits à votre arrivée, le linge de maison, les serviettes, le ménage fin de séjour hors appareils ménagers et fours.

L'Estaou Treillo 2 gîte rural ****

Au cœur de l’Auvergne, à 1000 m d’altitude dans un lieu calme au sein d’une bâtisse en pierre typique de la région et datant de 1690, le gîte peut accueillir 2 à 5 personnes. Situé dans le parc naturel des Monts d’Ardèche, le gite est à 500m du chemin de Stevenson. Lieu privilégié des randonneurs, cyclistes, coureurs, ou simplement des vacanciers en quête de repos. L’hiver, la proximité avec la station des Estables permet de pratiquer le ski de fond, la raquette et le ski alpin.

Logement pour 5 personnes, bébé compris. Chalet en bois de 46 m2 avec piscine et jacuzzi privatif pour une famille, entre amis ou en amoureux. Sauna sur réservation. 2 chambres: 1 pour un couple et la 2éme, grâce à son lit superposé: 3 enfants ou un 2ème couple. Sa cuisine équipée, ouverte sur la pièce à vivre, vous permettra de partager des moments conviviaux. Netflix et Canal+, pour vos soirées cinéma. Piscine chauffée de juin à septembre et ouverte toute l’année année.

Au Rez de chaussée:une grande cuisine/salle à manger de 50 m2,une chambre ,un salon avec canapé lit, une salle de douche, un wc. A l’étage:3 chambres.une salle de bain,un salon de 80 m2 avec cheminée à bois, une mezzanine avec home cinéma . Nombreux jeux de société et livres. Terrasse, barbecue,sauna,grand jardin.Animaux bienvenus. Lac naturel à 5 min.

Located in the hamlet of Largier, an estate where my family once lived, Léon's house is ideal for a stay with family or friends. Bordered by the forest and surrounded by vast spaces, the house enjoys absolute calm to enjoy nature at the edge of the Loire gorges, not far from the Ardèche and Lozère. My grandfather's former house, the house has been completely renovated in recent years to offer you all the necessary comfort during your stay.
