A stone's throw from Giuseppe Verdi's birthplace and the Giovannino Guareschi Museum, from which the property's name comes. 10 minutes from Busseto PR, an area dedicated entirely to the Maestro and his music. 10 km from the highway exit and Fidenza Village Outlet. It is about 20 minutes drive from Fidenza Village, 30 minutes from Piacenza, Cremona and Parma.

Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
