For the winter, a stone's throw from the ski lifts of the Seignus ski resort and 10 minutes by car from the La Foux resort. In summer, you can enjoy the ski lifts and facilities for mountain biking. Three minutes from the village center, restaurants, shops as well as the recreation area with its lake (mini-golf, tennis, basketball, volleyball, soccer, pedal boating, paddleboarding, slide, water games)

Accommodation with balcony, facing the mountain, located a few meters from the crates and ski lifts of the Seignus ski resort. Summer and winter come and enjoy the calm and facilities of the resort. Once parked in the parking lot in front of the residence, you can do everything on foot! Trails, restaurants, bar, cable cars to get to the village, shuttles towards the Foux d 'Allos. All is provided (cleaning, linens, towels), all you have to do is put your bags down!

Rental of a 21m2 studio located in Seignus d 'Allos, close to the shops of the resort and 2 steps from the slopes. The apartment has a balcony with open views and free parking. The studio can accommodate 4 people, it includes a bed (140x190), a separate mountain corner with bunk beds, TV, storage, equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and small storage cabinet. Our accommodation is 20-30 from an end of track and 100 m from the snow front.

The space is comfortable for up to 4 people with its small bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, an equipped kitchen and an indoor dining area as well as a balcony with views of our beautiful mountains of the Val d'Allos.

Il n'y a pas de cuisine, seulement un petit frigo bar, une cafetière un micro-ondes mais il y a des assiettes, des verres, etc.150 m du télécabine menant à la Station du Seignus.
