Located 5 minutes by car from the city center of Barcelonnette (market, shops, restaurants) or the Sauze resort (also accessible by free shuttle at the foot of the residence), it gives you access to the beautiful Ubaye valley and its winter or summer activities. The residence is quiet, with parking, petanque court, tennis court, ski storage. Come and share our mountain paradise that we have been exploring for 20 years!

Umbrella bed and high chair available. Private WiFi Duvets and pillows provided, possible rental of linens and towels .

Opportunities to unload in front of the building entrance giving direct ski and elevator access

Very bright 35 m2 2-room apartment, refurbished on the ground floor in a quiet and secure residence. South-facing terrace and garden of 30 m2 with lake and mountain views. Possibility to park your car in the building. The kitchen is fully equipped, very comfortable bedding in the bedroom as well as in the living room. Located less than a 10-minute walk to Embrun lake, a 5-minute drive to the city center, and about 20 minutes to Les Orres station.

Great summer and winter. Ski departure directly at the foot of the residence.
