Apartment full of charm, very bright (2* / 2 people, capacity 4 people). 2-room apartment of 28 m2 (separate from our house), 1 bedroom with 1 bed / 140, 1 living room with 1 sofa bed, 1 kitchenette, shower room, toilet. No smoking. Welcome tray (coffee, tea, cakes). Apartment located on the second floor (not accessible for people with reduced mobility), very close to the center, 5 to 10 minutes' walk from the train station, the Ornithological Reserve, the port with its 20 m high Belvedere, and the lake (supervised beach in July/August). Shops nearby.

Thanks to all our guests who enjoyed the quality of Studio Jay, the hospitality and allowed us to become a "traveler favorite" Rated 3 stars by the Gironde Departmental Tourism Committee, registered with the Teich Tourist Office and the Landes de Gascogne Regional Natural Park, the studio is located in the heart of the Arcachon Bay, close to shopping centers, the bird sanctuary, bike paths (including the bike path) and a sandy beach on the riverbank.

Villa Florebo 3 bedrooms- comfort, quiet and charm

Recent villa in a very quiet area where you will have a pleasant stay with all the necessary comfort and a garden not overlooked, whether for your vacation or telework. Located in a quiet and wooded garden, we offer our completely independent accommodation. A parking space is reserved for tenants on enclosed grounds, secured by an electric gate. Close to all amenities (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, tobacco, bar…). In the heart of the Bassin d'Arcachon, our outbuilding is 2.3 km from the port of Larros and the train station, a bus stop is in front of the house.

It is located on a private plot of 500 m², very quiet, away from all traffic, not overlooked and wooded, fully fenced, located in the second line of our property with a private entrance.
