On the 1st floor, a large living room bathed in natural light that has a sofa bed, internet and TV On the top floor, a bedroom with a double bed. The ensuite bathroom equipped with a bath and shower. Linens are provided.

Appartement tout équipé au calme refait à neuf, idéalement situé au coeur du Teil, proche de toutes commodités et commerces. Il se situe à 15 minutes en voiture du CNP de Cruas-Meysse, à 10 minutes de la Gare de Montélimar et à 45 minutes de Vallon Pont d'Arc / sud Ardèche. La gare du Teil est à 3 minutes à pied. Le couchage peut s'organiser en deux lits simples séparés ou 1 lit double en fonction de la demande. Places de stationnement disponibles dans la rue et 2 parkings à 3 minutes à pied.
