We offer a 2-room apartment on the 1st floor of our villa with a terrace and beautiful views of the countryside, 700 m from village. We are located: Close to Montélimar and its nougat museums The Ardèche gorges with its Pont-d'Arc Crocodile farm and giant tortoises Chauvet Cave....... Numerous hiking trails on site including the GR42 20 minutes from the Tricastin power station. The apartment measures 48 m2 + a covered terrace of 16 m2.

18 m2 studio adjoining our house with independent entrance and parking available nearby. Sheets and towels are provided. Wi-Fi access. No pets allowed. Smoking inside is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. THE BED IS A SOFA BED IF YOU HAVE TO ARRIVE LATE AND YOU WANT ME TO MAKE THE BED PLEASE SPECIFY WHEN BOOKING. Access to the pool when the weather permits, to share with us.
