Quiet in the countryside

Logement indépendant et spacieux avec vue dégagée. Amoureux de la nature et en quête de calme, nous avons acquis cette ancienne ferme située dans un écrin de verdure, entourée de pâture, d’un étang et d’un cours d’eau. Nous avons entièrement rénové la maison principale et aménagé la grange avec soin. Les aménagements extérieurs ne sont pas encore terminés (façade et cour), mais le lieu est déjà très agréable. Le logement est situé à Bouvancourt, un charmant petit village à 20 km de Reims.

Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The Cabane à l'Ombre des Charmes is a 45m² cabin set in 2000m² of private grounds planted with trees. It sleeps 2 adults and 2 children on a sofa bed. On the large terrace, you'll find the Nordic bath with wood-fired heating, as well as the sauna right next door. A barbecue kota is available for your packed lunches. In the cabin, you'll find a lounge area, a kitchen area, traditional toilets and a bathing area with an island bath.
