Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. Located in a very quiet little village 30 minutes from Charleville and 40 minutes from Reims, 45 minutes from Belgium, 2 hours from Paris. it includes a small living room (with sofa bed), an equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and sink, 1 toilet, 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 terrace with small fenced yard and parking.

The exterior fittings are not finished (facade and courtyard), but the place is already very pleasant. Located in Bouvancourt, a pretty little village near Reims (20 km).
