In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

This recently renovated outbuilding is located in our typical Normandy educational farm. You can enjoy the presence of animals, a large garden with games for children, a pretty village 5 minutes from the Risle Valley or the Eure Valley to stroll by the water or in the forest.
