We have installed new carpet, paint, mattresses, doors, and furniture. Located on a wooded lot outside of town in a quiet subdivision. The house is 3 miles from downtown Leadville, 5 miles to Turquoise Lake and 10 miles to Ski Cooper. Skiing, hiking, snowmobiling, fishing, hunting and mountain biking.
