Covered Bridge Cottage

Located on a farm in the heart of Amish country and amid one of the largest concentrations of antiques in America, we are central to many attractions, yet quaint and secluded enough to provide a relaxing retreat. The Covered Bridge Cottage started out in the 1800’s as a mill office and over the years was converted into a home through several additions. The house has been in our family for close to a century and it was our honor to restore it to a comfortable, energy efficient, durable home.

The location is private, but still only a few minutes drive to town(Myerstown, Lebanon County PA) where you will find restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores. Within walking distance of local coffee shops, Mill 72 Bake Shop & Cafe and Brick House Cafe then shop at Prussian Street Arcade (our local artisan gallery).

Our cozy cottage has what you need whether you are looking for 1 night to get away, or a longer term stay. We are located 30-40 minutes from Lancaster and Harrisburg, and about 25 minutes from Hershey, making lots of sightseeing possibilities. If you are looking for nature experiences, there are multiple parks close by. We look forward to meeting you!

Tucked into the woods of the Texter Mountain, our little home is a custom built modern getaway. Its beautiful timber framework, high steel beams for suspension, and glass front makes for the perfect retreat. We created this space as a place to be refreshed and rejuvenated and we hope it is all that, and more!
