Wonderful apartment with extremely comfortable beds – we had a great night's sleep. The garden is surrounded by a fence and trees for complete privacy. Wide foliage effectively obscures the space from the road (which is walkable and there are no cars) where tourists walk. From the backyard you can go directly to the alley, walk literally a few steps and find yourself on a beautiful beach – it's a real pleasure! There are many restaurants in the area, right next to the apartment, as well as charming streets perfect for walking. In one of the nearby restaurants, the music played quite loudly, but after closing the door, the noise was practically inaudible, so nothing disturbed our sleep. The communication with the host was excellent – once again, we reaffirmed how wonderful people the Greeks are! Thank you!

The location of this apartment is stunning, right on the beach, you can listen to the waves as you fall asleep. The views are incredible, the location is in a small village with towns within walking distance with bars and restaurants serving great food. It isn't an overly touristy area but that is exactly what I wanted. We had full access to the hotel also owned by Dimitris next door, which had amazing food and drinks, access to a pool, paddle boards, sun loungers, roof top bar. The staff were exceptional and couldn't do enough for us. The apartment was more than adequate, clean and tidy and bed and towel changes every 3 days. I would recommend this place in a heart beat.

This was the absolute most peaceful, amazing stay. Our host is an absolute gem and you feel like you're visiting family. Wonderful "beach town" to walk, or bike around, supermarket near by and great restaurants and coffee shops. You will never want to leave!!

A clean, light space with a beautiful, spacious courtyard garden right on the water. A mosquito net over the master bed would’ve made for a more restful stay.

One of the best we have stayed at. The place is roomy for 6 people. A very nice size living room, convenient kitchen, 2 bathrooms. Wonderful AC. Super easy communications with hosts. Loved the location, a few steps from Syntagma square. A bit noisy late evenings but should be expected. We very strongly recommend!

Great location, 20m from the beach, beautiful views, everything at your fingertips. You go out of the building and you are on the boardwalk, walk 10 steps and you are on the beach. 100 meters from the stairwell well stocked and cheap greengrocer. Downstairs in the building a cafe and an inexpensive restaurant next door. You go to the city and there are many eateries and cafes, grocery stores. There are many different places to visit within 15 kilometers. Elias's unit itself is 80s style, but it's clean and well-maintained. The only drawback was the lack of a separate bedroom. The description shows that such a bedroom is located in the apartment, but it turned out to be only a bedroom with a bed. But the inconvenience is compensated by the location and the great views from the balcony where we had meals, we had coffee in the morning, and wine in the evening. On weekend nights, there may be noise from the boardwalk. However, during the week it gets quiet with the night. We had a great stay at Elias's overall. Thank you so much.

the place is amazing, perfect view and super close to the ferry, restaurants and the sea , could not be any better, the host even got us a few cold beers, highly recommend

Five stars for the view! I had a great time in May. The balcony is excellent, and the place itself is perfect for 1-2 people to relax. It's a two minute walk to the beach, which isn't busy, and Xiropigado is a small, sleepy, delightful coastal town. Christofer is a great host too, and is very responsive and friendly. There are some small downsides (the bathroom and its lighting isn't good, and doing laundry can be a hassle (you can't do it on your own time and have to contact Christofer)), but these are outweighed by the positives of the rest of the unit.

We had a great stay in Xiropigado. The flat has an amazing view, the kitchen is well equiped and the communication with Crisa is perfect! Thank you.

Excellent stay at Kostas. The accommodation is large and very pleasant. The view is superb, there is a small balcony where you can eat at 4 and Kostas is quite available and friendly.

The accommodation is just beautiful, quiet and super well equipped. The decoration is perfect, I'm just disappointed I couldn't stay longer. Well done for this great apartment.

I liked absolutely everything, the apartment is homey,clean, wonderful area near the house, we always had breakfast on the street,a beautiful view, the sea is nearby,Natalia is always in touch. From the rare cases of accommodation! THE EPITOME OF HOSPITALITY! Great room, great host, and Joanna! First time I arrived on my mobile phone a FULL and detailed guide for both the room (operation, etc.) and the surrounding area. He even had delivery phones! As for the room, the private pool as well as the whole space, fragrant towels, bathrobes and sheets, automation in kitchen and bathroom, with excellent taste made of the interior. Value for money and more! 5 out of 5 with tuna! Well done again!!!!

Such a beautiful stay! The space was huge, we loved the upstairs veranda-we ended most nights out there looking at the sky and enjoying the peace. Aleka was the most amazing host, I was a bit nervous upon arrival regarding the location (city girl) but she took us on a quick drive to show us how close everything was. Under a 10 min walk to the beautiful beaches, restaurants, etc. The area was so beautiful, safe and authentic. Her and her husband dropped us to the station when we left which was so helpful! Special notes: -Definitely arrange for a ride from the train station if possible -the kitchen was wonderful and a grocery store (galaxy) is less than 10 min away so meals can be prepared at home too -a wonderful local taverna is just 3min away with delicious food and drink run by Kosta Overall, absolutely wonderful hosts, beautiful spacious house, lots of outdoor spaces, washing machine & drying rack was especially helpful! Thank you for making our Kiato stay so memorable!

Words are unnecessary in this home and above all for Hosts!They've noticed down to the last detail and haven't left to his fate,a lot of passion and always with a smile! A great place to stay - we enjoyed it very much. Beautiful apartment with a wonderful patio garden where we had our breakfasts. Beach just across the street. Hot tub a fantastic addition - particularly during colder months, and after a walk on the beach or a day of excursions. Great location to explore Corinth and many of the great sites. Good restaurants nearby, supermarket also not far. Highly recommend as a base for the area. We would definitely book again!

Very beautiful house, just like in the photos. The space was clean and well cared for, the room is next to the beach of Loutraki 5 minutes on foot. Everything was great but what won us the most was the hot tub. Katerina was very helpful and did everything she could to make us feel comfortable, we recommend it accordingly!!!

We love this residential beach town and this house was perfect for us. We booked a different listing but they gave us a complimentary upgrade because it was Christmas. We were very grateful. The house is modern, efficient, and just a small street separates you from the water. The kitchen is a dream & we used the fireplace everyday. We visit Vrachati often we will stay here from now on. Highly recommend.
