This place was absolutely amazing! We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t have been happier. Walkable distance to town square and just minutes from the beach. The pool was great to hang out in and had plenty of chairs to lay out in the sun. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Fort Myers Beach.

Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

Beautifully renovated condo in peaceful complex, steps away from beach! Well equipped with everything needed for our week long stay. We enjoyed the location, allowing us to relax and revisit our favorite restaurants with amazing seafood. Thank you for the use of the unit, allowing us to reconnect on beautiful Sanibel Island!

Sylvia’s home was beautiful, very clean and stocked with everything we could have possibly needed!

The place is in a perfect location the lanai is one of the coolest spots I’ve ever seen. We stayed in the lanai and were in the pool a ton! The communication with the host was some of the best I’ve experienced. The amenities offered were 2nd to none beach towels beach cart, umbrella, coolers everything you need for your beach excursion. It was a great space for me and my wife.

Very clean and well equipped condo on the 10th floor overlooking the gulf and bay.l From our lanai we watched dolphins, ospreys and one morning a bald eagle diving for fish. Scott was a great host and responded to any questions we had within minutes. The property has a nice private beach, pool and 4 weber gas grills. Flippers restaurant is only steps away. The only issue is that the new bridge onto Ft.Myers Beach is under construction so at times there is construction noise and access to the beach south of the bridge is blocked. This was not a big issue for us and overall we had a very enjoyable week.

Anne and Shane have created something truly amazing! I haven’t slept that good in years! My husband and I actually meant to see what mattress they used because it was COMFY. I even went so far as to try and amazing the linens because they were just that good. It was the perfect amount I space for us and our long weekend. We spent our weekend at sanibel and even managed to bring home a massive conch shell. We’ve decided that if Anne and Shane will have us, we want to come back year after year. Everything was perfect- the kitchen was stocked with what we needed to cook, the bathroom was absolutely stunning with a roomy shower, and they even provided all sorts of extras for any activity you may what to do(bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, beach chairs and an umbrella which we room full advantage of). 10/10 experience! If you’re on the fence, don’t be! Best decision ever!

Susan’s home was absolutely wonderful—clean, cozy, and very well maintained. It had everything we needed and felt like a true home away from home. What really stood out was Susan’s kindness and flexibility. She was incredibly understanding of my mom’s situation and kindly allowed us to check in early and check out late, which helped us tremendously. We truly appreciated her thoughtful hospitality and would definitely stay here again!

We had an incredible vacation getaway! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how superbly well-maintained the property was. It's clear a lot of care goes into it. The interior was beautifully furnished, creating a truly comfortable and inviting atmosphere, and the beds were, without a doubt, the most comfortable we've experienced in a rental. We absolutely loved spending time by the fantastic pool. The convenience of a well-appointed kitchen and bathrooms, stocked with everything we could possibly need, made our stay even more relaxing. A perfect sunny escape!

We had a great stay in Amanda's house. There was everything you need. What we enjoyed most was the pool and the unique view from the terrace. We definitely recommend this accomodation to those who want to spend some relaxing days in Cape Coral!

Family had wonderful time staying at Villa on the Sands and greatly enjoyed the heated pool. House was exceptionally clean and well decorated for Christmas and the beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed walking to the park nearby.

Christina’s house was MORE than we expected. It was gorgeous and clean. The kitchen and bathrooms had you would need. A true ‘home away from home’. The beds were super comfortable (which is a huge deal) and we practically lived in the pool, hot tub and outdoor living area. Great house and great host! Home was super-clean, had very comfortable beds, and had plenty of space to relax. We loved the enclosed backyard area (grill/kitchen/bar area, pool, and hot tub). We would definitely come back next time we are in the area. Property was just as described.

Lisa's place was exactly as described—clean and convenient. It was 5 minutes to Ft. Myers and 15 minutes to Sanibel. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to enjoy the pool, but it couldn't have been in a better spot (directly in front of the condo), and Lisa had plenty of pool and beach toys available. Great stay! If I make it down there again, I would definitely stay at Lisa's place.

We have stayed at the Estero Beach and Tennis before and this unit is the best yet!! I am super picky on cleanliness and it was very clean! The unit had some high end touches along with furniture and decor being very tasteful. The bed was really comfortable, shower nice, outdoor chairs perfect and the towels were amazing. It’s all those little touches that made our stay pleasant, comfortable, and relaxing. We plan on booking again in the future. ☀️

We had an incredible week at this beautiful Ft. Myers Beach condo! From the moment we booked, Caihlin was warm, responsive, and extremely thoughtful—providing clear check-in instructions, local tips, and even a care package that made us feel right at home. The location was unbeatable. Mornings spent sipping coffee on the deck while watching dolphins glide by felt like a dream. The beach, just steps away, was private and peaceful—a perfect escape from the crowds. We tried several of the recommended restaurants and weren’t disappointed once. It’s clear Caihlin truly knows and loves this area. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already plotting our return. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a little slice of paradise!

Katlyn was a great host and the condo was perfect for our family vacation. We love Sanibel and the location near the lighthouse is the best you can ask for on the island. The unit was well equipped for our family and the extra beach chairs and umbrella were much appreciated. We’ll definitely be back to Sanibel for years to come and will look to book here again.

Luanda was an amazing host, extremely helpful, accommodating and quick to respond! The home was in immaculate condition, squeaky clean and comfortable, the pictures do it no justice. The home is equipped with everything you need, from beach chairs and umbrellas to all the important kitchen appliances. The view from the balcony was nothing short of amazing and I love that it’s screened in so that you have zero worries of bugs getting in. I ones it so much and did not want to leave. We had a fantastic stay at this condo! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. We had a wonderful week in Sanibel and are already looking forward to returning! Chris was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and full of great local recommendations that helped make our trip even better. The condo was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean and stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the extras for beach days: plenty of chairs, sand toys, shovels, and even a beach umbrella. We loved grabbing ice cream at The Shack and had some fantastic meals at The Lighthouse Café and Gramma Dot’s. Jerry’s made grocery shopping a breeze with their easy online ordering and pickup.
