Relax and luxuriate on your on your own private estate overlooking Shuswap lake. You will stay in a lovingly rebuilt hand hewn post and beam home away from home. The grounds are spectacular and feature 2 firepits (one wood and one gas), an outdoor eating area and of course, a hot tub. The lake and a boutique winery are a few minutes drive and the restaurants and activities of Salmon Arm are only a short drive. Relax and enjoy the view and amazing quiet. Suite with a view, 5 min drive to beach

On a 10 acre property with a view of the Shuswap lake that is quite breathtaking. The suite is separate from the main part of the house where the owners reside. There is a small pergola in the back where one can sit for breakfast, (with a view of the mountain) and chairs out front if you want to enjoy the view of the lake. The property is a small farm that is about 5 minutes from Sorrento. There is a level 2 charger available for EVs. The property borders on the Mount Baldie hiking trail

"A Suite Above" is a gateway to adventure suitable for all seasons. You can enjoy a view of Shuswap Lake on your private deck with the natural gas barbecue - you’ll never run out of gas! The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, glasses, mugs, coffee maker, kettle and other amenities that will allow you to have a meal on the deck or at the dining table in the suite. The suite is air conditioned and the living area has a cozy natural gas fireplace for those cooler days and nights.

Additional amenities include a heat pump (with AC), and hot water. Nearby, hiking trails or rent boats in Blind Bay for lake adventures.

Holmwood Farm Julia’s Kitchen Suite

Julia’s Suite features a full kitchen. An adjoining (Buds Lounge Suite) can also be rented for up to four additional guests. Holmwood Farm is a very scenic property with great views and lots of hiking and x country ski trails. It is home to a small flock of sheep, and cows which are grazed regeneratively. . You will have access to fresh vegetables from our garden in the summer months , and free range eggs, pastured meats and locally sourced gifts from our farm store.

The cabin is off the grid with solar lighting, gravity fed water for washing and drinking and a brand new new outhouse for the potty room. A small kitchen with a 3 burner stove, sink, cooler and pantry makes cooking fun. Camping experience helpful. Several outdoor destinations within 1/2 hr drive from the cabin
